A Sad Ballad Of A Old Man

Like shooting star in the night,
you were just a shortage of light,
walking far and wide in what seems to be an never ending trail,
only to get lost and utterly fail,
reading me was like an open book,
reading my love was usually overlooked;

Like two sail boats sailing in the dark,
not knowing where to start,
hoping not to drown in deep water,
though we don't see that everything is moving faster,
time is killing me,
yet I cannot see,
what damage has been done,
and how long I've been gone;

Suffering from what we call loneliness,
the devil couldn't hold a candle to it,
I'll keep searching though all I'll ever find will be restless lust,
a result of my broken trust,
my heart beings to ache,
and my  mind begins to shake,
my body starts to tremble,
it's looking to be warm and humble,
my skin begins to dry,
my eyes feel as if I'm going to cry;

I feel as if  I'm going away,
yet I have no one to take my hand anyway,
I lay here on my bed,
my thoughts destroy my head,
The wind that I hear outside my window makes me stutter,
maybe one day I can hug my one and only sister,
apologize to my mother,
and for the first time in forever,
say hello to my  father;

Theses are my wishes,
that and I wish to die with a bundle of my family's kisses,
an sad ballad of an old man,
that only he would understand;
