Fallen

I  can't remember  the last time I ever felt secure,
and I wasn't sure,
if I would ever know how to love myself again,
I was taught that you learn from pain,
but all I've ever known is that it hurts,
and it's a curse;

I never ever learned to climb that wall,
that was keeping me from standing tall,
I never questioned my lack of  faith,
scars all around and there is no remains,
Love like wraith,
I couldn't hold my peace,
but I could fake a warming emotion at least;

I can't tell you want I've been through,
because you may not understand,
It's all I ever knew,
and you'll never know what it's like to bury your feet under the sand,
knowing someone else you love is lost,
but they have to learn that things come at a cost,
And I've live in a world that was shaken,
Then, I've learn that sometimes you have to let them take the fall,
you got to let them become the fallen,
and let them see if it even hurts at all;
