Betrayal

I  gave you everything,
my love, my faith and almost my own life,
you took everything,
then left me in like I was stabbed in the heart with your own special knife;

I told you all of my truths and secrets,
yet you buried me in your lies,
you left me with regret,
I cared for you,
and you already knew,
that what you were gonna do to me was gonna hurt me forever,
and you still went with it,
I love you no longer;

Soon after this you'll want me to forgive you,
before we get there I just want you to know,
That I never want anything to do with you,
I've burned that bridge and build a wall,
I've painted it black,
the same colour our love got lost in,
I hope I never see you at all,
you'll never get me back,
you hurt me once but you never will again;
