"We're talking right now, aren't we?" Hayes said, and I laughed.
"There's the laugh I always fall in love with." Hayes bumped me playfully.
I kissed his soft lips, and he kissed back. His hand was on my lower back, and my hand was on his cheek.
"I think you forgive me." Hayes smiled, as we pulled apart.
"Maybe..." I smirked and we both got up.
We walked back to the table and Hayes grabbed my hand.
"And this is the famous Hayes that's dating my sister?" She said.
"Yup." Hayes smiled.
Nash and Matt was coming to the table. Nash's feet weren't moving, so Matt had to drag him. I was holding my laughter in when Nash stood at the front of the table and Matt had to stand behind him.
"Hey..um..." Nash mumbled.
Matt smacked him and Nash stumbled on to Ashley's lap.
I let my laughter out, and everyone else joined me.
Nash gave us a dirty look, but we continued to laugh.
Ashley's face was full of shock and laughter.
"Hey Nash." Ashley smiled.
"Uh...hi..." He said nervously.
He was still sprawled on her lap.
"Could you get off?" She said.
"Oh, sorry." He said, getting up.
"C-Could I join you?" Nash said nervously.
There was a long silence.
"This is hopeless." Hayes whispered to me.
"I know." I whispered back.
"Nash, of course you can join me." Ashley laughed.
Nash blushed in embarrassment and sat next to Ashley.
Cam was staring at both of them.
"Do you guys want to go watch a movie now?" I asked.
They all agreed and we walked to the movie theater.
We decided to watch a horror movie called oculus.
We grabbed the popcorn and went to our theater.
Hayes sat on the end, I sat next to him, then it was Nash, Ashley, Cam and Matt.
We got settled in our seats and Hayes held my hand.
"Does this even count as a date?" I asked.
"Obviously." Hayes joked and I laughed.
The trailers were starting.
"Do you even like horror movies?" Hayes asked.
"Not really." I joked.
"Come on, they're not that bad." He said.
"It's just that, I don't really like horror movies. They scare the shit out of me." I laughed.
"I'll be here to protect you, but that's the whole point of horror movies." Hayes said as he put his arm around me.
We cuddled as the movie started.
The start of the movie never seemed to be that scary.
"Are you scared yet?" Hayes asked.
"No, not yet." I said.
My eyes were glued to the screen, and it was getting more and more intense by the second.
I felt a pair of hands squeeze my sides and I screamed.
I earned some weird stares from strangers and even my friends.
I looked at Hayes and he was laughing really hard.
Enough to disturb the whole entire theater.
We got enough shushes from annoyed strangers.
"Sorry." Hayes mouthed and put his arm around me again.
My eyes were on the movie but I felt a certain pair of eyes on me.
I looked at Hayes and he stared at me.
He had a strand of my hair around his finger.
I felt his other hand, and his pointer finger was drawing circles on the side of my hip, which tickled.
"You look cute when you're scared." He smiled.
"You're not scared?" I asked.
"It's not even scary." He said.
"Whatever, Mister Tough Guy." I said as he laughed.
He grabbed me by both of his arms and pulled me on top of him.
I was giggling, but he was hugging me.
"Hayes put me down." I whispered.
"I won't let you go." He laughed.
And then we both saw it.
We must've saw it at the same time.
Nash was kissing Ashley.
