Chapter 31

     When Claire said hi to Tory, to say they were shocked would be an understatement. Tory looked at Claire and smiled

"Hi I'm Tory"

"You're pretty" Claire said making Tory to blush and smile.

"Claire?" Lisa called and Claire turned to the direction of the voice and saw a very pretty lady, a handsome man and  a very gorgeous man. And she blush when he made eye contact with her, causing Gerald to smirk and Patrick saw this. So he wrapped his arms around Claire and glared at his brother

"Don't even think about it Gerald. She's mine" Patrick said and Claire looked at the floor blushing madly

"It's not my fault she finds me attractive" Gerald said trying to make his little brother angry.

"She doesn't!Claire do you" Patrick asked Claire making her to look at him. She blushed and looked away and Patrick eyes widen in shock.

"She finds Gerald attractive" Patrick said sulking in a corner with depressed aura surrounding him

"Ahhh Patrick" Claire said with her arms stretched out to Patrick

"Claire?" Peter said and Claire turned to look at Peter

"Yes" Claire stuttered

"How have you been?" Peter asked looking at Claire with concern

"I'm fine. Thank you for asking Mr Simon" Claire said smiling and Peter smiled

"So you do remember us" Peter said and Claire nodded

"Yeah. Ever since I found out that Patrick was the best friend I had when I was little" Claire stated looking  at Patrick who was being laughed at by Tory. Claire just sweat drop at that.

"That's great to hear" Lisa said smiling

"Claire how is staying at the asylum like?" Gerald asked making Tory and Patrick pay attention to their discussion.

"It was hard and painful. Cold and dark. It only became worse when the man who killed my family was locked up in the opposite cell to mine" Claire said

"What do you mean by the man who killed your family?  Are you saying the man is still alive and not in jail?" Peter asked angrily.

"Yes. It seems the man is mentally Ill  but he's not"

"You too have taken notice as well" Patrick said sitting close to Claire and Claire nodded at what Patrick said

"Yeah. I found out the night he remembered me of the way he killed my parents and abuse me" Claire stated with sad eyes

"Abuse you?  You don't mean.. " Lisa said with widen eyes as tears form in her eyes whilst Gerald, Peter and Tory stare at her with pity.

"Yes. He raped me and I can't seem to forget the way he touched me" Claire said hugging her body as tears fall from her eyes

"It's okay Claire. I'm right here" Patrick said comforting Claire as he hugs her.

"But everything is okay now. I'm getting better thanks to Patrick here. As you can see am talking to you guys" Claire said smiling.

"Dad?" Patrick said making Peter to look at Patrick.

"Yes son"

"Do you know any body that had grudges against the Simon Family?" Patrick asked and Claire raised an eyebrow

"Why are you asking that?" Claire asked

"You know the time I went to the man cell and beat the crap out of him for what he did you?" Patrick asked and Claire nodded "Well when I asked him why he was there, he said he needed to finish a job and that job is to kill the only person of the Simon family, which is you and he said, someone hired him. So dad do you know any one?" Patrick asked again looking at his father who's hand was in his chin. He was thinking on who would have a grudge on Maxwell.
