"No and thanks a lot for making me feel guilty inside that he's going to leave without me saying it to him." I answered going to the steps to sit down.
"Well, you don't have to worry about that." She murmured biting her lip. I looked at her suspious and wondered what was going on.
" Whitney, what did you do?" I shouted hiting my hand on the cement which by the way was the stupidest thing I've ever done, well mostly one of them.
"Hey, hey, why are you shouting!" My father shouted inside carrying a box down the stairs. He came through the open door and said, "Why are you late?"
I stood up and took the box from him and putted it in the trunk and closed it. Whitney went back on the trunk.
"I'm sorry dad, but this moving stuff is going way too fast for me and plus you didn't even let me have a chance to say goodbye to my friends." I answered. "So, I went to the field and breathed in the last fresh of memories, I had there."
"I'm sorry babe, but you know how the economy is and the great deal in Massachusetts was the best thing that ever happened to the bakery." He said putting his arm around me when he came to me.
"Ugh, why can't you leave me here with Aunt Jackie?"I grunted crossing my arms.
"Are you crazy, Sam?" My mom answered by the doorway."She only has one bedroom and you could never stand that heat and her cooking or could you?"
My stubborn mom is about my sister's height, which is not very tall. She has brunette hair which she dyed last summer.I guess, she was in the stage that she's getting old. She has brown eyes and if you can see deeply, you would see me in the future looking like her just look at the pictures when she was young. Which is not much of a compliment to me, trust me.
"I guess not." I responded when she turned around and closed the door. She put a letter between the crack of the door.
"Is that it?" My father asked getting out the car keys from his pocket. "Whitney, get down, before you make a dent."
"Oh, ha-ha." She answered and went inside in the passenger seat when my dad opened the door and took a step back.
"Yep, that's it. All that is left is the owner reading the letter." My mom said when she came down the wooden steps of the porch and then went inside the car. My father and I were the only ones that were outside the car at this point which made me glad.
"Dad, why can't you understand that I don't want to leave?" I asked.
"Sam, you know I don't want to leave either, but we have too. Money's tight," He said, "And plus life is about change, remember that."

I sat in the car watching my childhood memories leave between my eyes. The windows were open, so it was hard for me to have my eyes open, anyways.
I put up my window and slumped back in the car seat and then turned to the right and saw my typical sister listening to her skinny, black iPod. Then, I looked at my dad who was driving, while his right arm was around my mom's seat. My mom is so excited talking about how cool it would be to meet new people and a new town. Typical of moms, they would think everything is an exciting journey when they move. Yup, its official North Carolina, I'm leaving you with my memories.Don't erase them okay, i'll come back soon.

Ugh, my butt is hurting me really badly. I feel like my butt is as red as Rudolph's nose. We finally had a pit stop at MCDondalds I don't know what state were in, but it's too cold for November. I tugged my blue sweater close to me and got in the fast food restaurant behind my mom. When I got in, I was standing with my father at the line, while Whitney and my mom were sitting at the booth. The restaurant was just like in Shelby, but without the yellow paneling and the stripe wallpaper and the booths, which were white and yellow. I looked around and I heard a baby cry into the crowd and made faces for it to stop and it did! He smiled and laughed with his big brown eyes complimenting his new, tan born skin.
