Alvin and the Chipmunks: Chipmunks in Space!

Part 1 - I'm Taking You All Out For An Afternoon Visit Today...

(A/N: Hi everyone, just going to let you know a few things before you start reading this Book
This book is set after 'Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Last Few Months Of School' Book so the Chipmunks and Chipettes are still kids and have all left school now. They are all living with Dave as they are still a bit young to be living by themselves. Alvin and Brittany are parents to their five baby Chipmunks too and are the only two out of the Chipmunks and Chipettes with kids)

Monday, 11:30am, At Dave's House
In The Living Room
It had been around a month or two now since the Chipmunks and Chipettes had left school and the six of them had just been having fun and relaxing
Right now, Simon Theodore Jeanette and Eleanor were all sat on the sofa finding something to watch on TV
"Why is there nothing good on TV" complained Eleanor
"I don't know but it just makes me want to go outside" replied Theodore
"I might go and grab a book to read to pass some time on, do you want a book bringing Jeanette?" Asked Simon
"Not yet Simon but I might do soon if we can't find nothing to watch" replied Jeanette
"Simon, why are Alvin and Brittany upstairs a lot of the time?" Asked Theodore
"Because they are parents and they like to be together with their kids in their bedroom...you know as a small family" replied Simon
"Don't worry Theodore, they will be downstairs soon. They normally come down to have some lunch with us at 12" called Eleanor with a giggle
Just then, Jeanette heard footsteps on the stairs
"I think Alvin and Brittany are here now" said Jeanette
Alvin walked into the living room holding his two sons Peter and Lucas
He sat down on the sofa next to Theodore and made sure Peter and Lucas were comfortable
"Hey guys, what are you doing?" Asked Alvin
"We're trying to find something to watch on TV but there isn't much on" replied Theodore
"Alvin" called Eleanor
Alvin sat forward and looked over at Eleanor
"Yea?" Asked Alvin
"Can I hold Peter or Lucas please?" Asked Eleanor
Alvin smiled and nodded back "Yea sure"
He passed Peter over to Eleanor and Jeanette asked to hold Lucas
After Alvin passed Lucas over to Jeanette, Brittany came into the living room with Emma Musharna and Coco
"Hey Sister, how are you this morning?" Asked Eleanor
"Good thanks..." replied Brittany trying to keep hold of the three baby chipmunks
"Do you need any help?" Asked Jeanette
"No I got them but thanks anyway" replied Brittany making her way to the other sofa to sit down
Once Brittany was sat down, she sat Emma and Coco next to her and started to nurse Musharna
"How are all anyway?" Asked Brittany
"We are all good..." Started Simon
"But we are having problems finding something to watch on TV" finished Theodore
"Oh right...am glad your all ok otherwise" replied Brittany
"Are you and Alvin ok too?" Asked Theodore
"Yea we are fine, at least we got more sleep last night. The baby chipmunks didn't cry as much" replied Brittany
"Have Dave told you guys what we are having for lunch today?" Asked Alvin
"No we only saw him at breakfast with you two, then Dave left the house to go and do the weekly food shop" replied Simon
"Oh right..." Said Alvin with a sigh
"Since when are you so interested in food?" Asked Eleanor with a giggle
"Since now...I mean since the other week when Dave went out for the weekly food shop and he come back with KFC for us. He might bring us a KFC back this week too" replied Alvin
"Oh boy, I love KFC" called Theodore in an excited voice
Simon shook his head in disappointment at his brothers while the Chipettes giggled at the boys
A few seconds later, Eleanor continued to look through the TV channels and came across something that looked OK to watch
"Hey guys look at this, five people in different coloured suits are fighting that monster" called Eleanor
Everyone looked at TV and no one was interested apart from Theodore
"Omg, this looks so cool! Eleanor leave this on please!" Begged Theodore
Eleanor giggled at Theodore's reaction and put the remote down
Eleanor passed Peter over to Simon and then she leaned over to her left and rested herself on Theodore
Theodore responded with a smile and put his arm around Eleanor
"Aw that's cute sister" called Brittany
Eleanor didn't reply to Brittany, just continued to watch TV with Theodore
"Oh! Oh! Look Eleanor them people in the coloured suits have just killed that monster!" Said Theodore in an excited voice
"Yea I know, I'm watching it too you know" joked Eleanor
While Theodore and Eleanor were watching TV, Alvin and Simon were talking to each other while nursing Peter and Lucas and Brittany and Jeanette were doing the same but nursing the girls, Musharna Emma and Coco
The monster then came back to life and Theodore let out a worried sigh
"It's back! And its huge!" Called Theodore
The five people in coloured suits all said together "Rainbow Warriors GO! unleash our Rainbow Monsters!"
Five giant animals came on screen and each one of them was the same colour as one of the Rainbow Warriors
The Rainbow Warriors got onto there Rainbow Monsters and all five of them charged at the monster
After a quick battle the monster was defeated and the Rainbow Warriors had won
Theodore cheered with excitement, making quite a lot of noise too and everyone looked over at Theodore to see what the noise and fuss was about
"What's wrong Theodore?" Asked Alvin
"Didn't you see? The Rainbow Warriors just killed that monster! It was epic!" Called Theodore in a happy voice
Everyone but Eleanor let out a sigh and before anyone could say anything, Dave walked into the living room
"Hi everyone, I'm back home now" greeted Dave
"Hey Dave" called the Chipmunks and Chipettes
"Did you buy a KFC?" Asked Alvin
"No Alvin, no KFC" replied Dave
There was a short silence before Dave spoke again
"But I do have something to tell you all. I'm taking you all out on an afternoon visit today" explained Dave
"That sounds fun, where are we going?" Asked Brittany
"I'm taking all six of you to the Museum" called Dave with a smile
The Chipmunks and Chipettes all sighed and moaned in disappointment after hearing Dave's last sentence...
