Chapter 43: Reunited

"-Talk you son of a bitch!" came a voice echoing in your ear. You wake up screaming. "Y/N!" came several voices. Your breathing heavily, you're drenched in sweat, and you're in pain. 
"Love, you're okay. You're okay. I'm here." 
Your eyes come into focus and you see Newt. His beautiful face looking lovingly, but worriedly into your eyes. You sigh in relief. He pulls you into an embrace.

"-Where is the Right Arm, Marcus?" You hear Jorge's voice say. You look in that direction to see Jorge standing in front of the man who made you drink the nasty alcohol.

"-Wait, this is Marcus?" asked Thomas. Marcus laughed "Kid catches on quick. Are you the brains of the operation?"
"No, she is." Minho said, cocking his head towards you. "Well, I'll be damned." Marcus said in a semi-sarcastic tone.

Jorge pulled Marcus's head back by the hair. "I know you know where they're hiding." Jorge said. "So tell me, and I'll make you a deal."
Marcus only laughed. "You can come with us." Jorge offered. 

No way! you thought
I aint gonna let this crazy son of a bitch come with us!

"I burned that bridge a long time ago." said Marcus. "Besides, I made my own deal. You're the one who taught me never to miss an opportunity." he laughed again.
"What's he talking about?" Newt asked. You sat in Newt's lap, concentrating on the two.

"I'm talking about supply and demand." Marcus replied. "WICKED wants all the immunes they can get. I help provide that for them. So, I lure kids the kids in, they get drunk, they have a good time. And then WICKED comes in. They separate the wheat from the chaff." he laughs again.

"I changed my mind, hermano." Jorge tells Marcus. "I do enjoy hurting you.". He then kicks the chair Marcus was was tied tom which knocks it over. Jorge steps over him and cocks a gun to his face. "Talk! Talk!" he demands. "Okay! Ok-Jesus!" Marcus gives in. "But, I'm not making any promises. These guys like to move around."

He pulls Marcus's chair back up. Marcus sighed. "They have an outpost in the mountains. But, it's a long way away. You got half of WICKED on your ass. You're never gonna make it." he laughed again. His laugh was getting on your nerves and you were a millisecond close to walking over there and putting him on his ass.

"-Not on foot." Jorge replies. He pats Marcus's shoulder. "Where's Bertha?"
"Not Bertha." Marcus's face fell and his lip quivered. 
"Bertha." Jorge said tauntingly.

Short Time Skip BTYB Marcus's Bar for Immunes----------------------------------------------------------------

Bertha was in fact a car. Your hopes rose as you were to get to the mountains faster now. You were in the front middle seat between Jorge and Newt, while the others suffered in the back (hahaha, you're so evil *rubs hands together maniacally*)

It took only an hour to get to the mountains, but you had to stop and get out because there was a whole bunch of cars piled in front of you.

"Well, I guess we're on foot." Jorge says. You sigh, then start walking. You take a look inside the cars. Old junk and dust inside them. You hear a gun shot. "Get down!" Jorge yells. You quickly hide behind a car with Newt, holding you close, Minho beside you.

The shooters stopped. "Hey is everyone okay out there?" Thomas asked. "We're fine!" said Teresa. "Anyone know where those bloody shots came from?" Newt yelled.

You hear a couple more gunshots and cover your ears. "Everybody! Get ready to sprint back to the truck!" Jorge yelled. "And cover your ears!"

Oh shit, he's gonna blow something else up, isn't he?  you think to yourself

You then hear a voice say "Drop it. Now! 
You look in that direction to see two girls holding up guns, their faces covered by bandannas. "I said drop it!"

Jorge dropped the bomb. "On your feet. Let's go." the first girl said sternly. ""Let's go! Move! Back up."
"-Easy." said Jorge. "You three over here now!" the girl gestured to you, Newt, and Minho. "Come on! On you're feet!" said the other girl. "Don't be stupid! Move!" said the first girl. "Slowly." the second girl said.

Their voices sounded very familiar to you.
"Aris?" the first girl said. She uncovered her face. "Oh, my god, Harriet?" Aris said. 

Harriet? Harriet! The first in command at the other maze! you thought

Harriet tan to Aris and hugged him. "What the hell are you doing here?"
"-Sonya." Aris said to the other girl who hugged him too. "Aris, you're lucky we didn't shoot your dumbass," she said.

"I brought an old friend." Aris said. Harriet and Sonya turned their heads to wear Aris pointed. They see you and their eyes widen. "Y/N?!" they say in unison. "Yeah." you say. "Oh my god, you're alive!" they run and hug you. "We thought you were dead!" said Sonya. "But...how?" asked Harriet. "I don't know. I'm still trying to piece everything together." you explain.

"Uh...what's happening?" Minho asked. "We were in the maze together." Aris explained. "The other maze." you say.

Harriet whistled to the distance. "We're clear guys! Come on out!"
"-Copy that! We're clear!" came a man's voice. You look around to see men on the tops of the mountains.

You follow Sonya and Harriet to a truck. "Back it up Joe!" Sonya told a man. 
"Back it up!" said Joe. You walked up to another man. "We;re taking them to base." said Harriet.

"Wait, so how did you guys get out here?" Aris asked. "The Right Arm got us out." Harriet explained. "Wait, wait. The Right Arm?" you ask. "Do you know where they are?" Thomas asked. 

Harriet opened a truck door. "Hop in."
