How to Save a Life: Newt x Reader (EDITED)

Chapter 1: The Box

3rd Person POV

You awake  with a deep and hard gasp. you were soaking wet. You took a look at your surroundings and realized that you were in some sort of big metal crate.

You scream with fear because you have no idea where you are or even who you are. In fact, you couldn't remember anything!

The box reaches the top with a hard thump. you clumsily lose balance and fall on your head. You groaned in pain.

But...you remembered your name...Y/N!

The box opened and you cower in a corner, scared that someone was coming to kill you or something. You feel someone come down. "Hey Greenie."

The voice seemed low and soft. You uncover yourself and look at a boy who had brown eyes and sandy blonde hair. The boy gasped in confusion and disbelief. 

"It's...a girl." the boy said. He had an accent to him, which was like a soft bell yo your ear. 
There were other people around the box...but they were all boys. The boys were murmuring among each other in surprise.

"Yes! Finally a girl!"
"Dibs!"
"You can't call dibs, you shank! She just got here!"

You lean against the wall of the box. "Here Greenie. Let me help you out." the boy with sandy blonde hair said holding out his hand. 

There was something about him that made you have this weird feeling in your stomach. You hesitantly took his hand. He helped you out and immediately the other boys were crowding you and talking over each other.

"She should be a cook!"
"No. she should be a Med-Jack!"
"-No, she should be a slopper!"

The crowding around you was making you feel anxious and uncomfortable. You couldn't take it. You were scared and had no idea what anyone was talking about. You turned your head and saw a forest. You slowly turned, took in a large deep breath and made a run for it.

"NO, WE GOT A RUNNER!" one of the boys yelled. "After her!" called another boy. And the sandy blonde haired boy ran immediately after you along with a couple others as well.

Your legs were running at pretty fast speed. Once you got to the forest area, you tried to look for a tree that you were able to climb. Without looking back, you climbed the tree to the very top. you cupped your mouth to keep yourself quiet.
Oh god, you wanted to cry so bad! But, you didn't want to give yourself away.

You heard the sound of leaves ruffle close to you. Then you saw a boy with blonde hair and blue eyes climb up to you. "Take it easy, Greenie. You are safe here, just climb down."

You backed away onto a branch and didn't care to notice that it was thin and breakable. "GREENE WATCH OUT!" the boy said as the branch snapped and you fell.

You landed quiet hard and hit your head. You had spotted vision and you heard muffled voices, then blacked out.
