I wish I was friends with the Eleventh doctor, because I'd love to know what my baby brother is saying. He babbles a lot. It's intriguing.
And I know the other doctors can talk to babies, in theory, but the eleventh doctor would be the sort of person you'd want to talk to your baby brother... you know?
