"Run!" Hayes said as he grabbed my hand and ran to the elevator.

The door closed just in time.

"He's going to take the stairs." I said.

"Then let's just stop at one of the floors. He's not going to make it in the lobby in time." Hayes said.

"We'd make it faster if we got to the lobby and run." I said.

He nodded, and the elevator was making its way down.

"What if we get caught?" I said.

"I...I don't know." Hayes sighed.

He kissed my cheek.

"We're going to make it, and if we don't, I'm going to make you run for it." Hayes said.

The elevator opened and we were at the lobby.

We ran to Nash's car, and we heard footsteps behind us.

"Stop!" The person chasing us yelled.

We got in the car.

"Nash!" I screamed as he stepped on the gas and the car sped off.

My heart was pounding, my head was swirling, but I was laughing.

"That was the coolest thing I've ever done." I laughed.

"Juliet! You're crazy! We almost got caught!" Hayes said, but he was laughing with me.

"But we didn't!" I laughed. Nash was laughing with us.

"Where to?" Nash asked.

"The Statue of Liberty." Hayes said.

We drove with music blasting. Team by Lorde was playing.

We drove until we reached a lake.

"We have to take a boat to there." Hayes said as he grabbed my hand and we went out the car.

There was a huge boat, with lights and everything.

"We're going in that?" I asked.

"Is that a problem?" Hayes asked.

"No, not really." I said as we both got in.

He drove the boat, which he seemed to be experienced at. We were at the island where the Statue of Liberty is.

We got out, and we climbed up the rocks up to land.

"Wow." I said.

The Statue of Liberty was lit up.

"Yeah." Hayes said.

We walked up, and we walked to the entrance.

"Are you ready?" Hayes asked.

"I guess." I said shyly.

We walked inside, and we climbed up the stairs.

We made it to the crown, and there was a window to show the sky and everything.

"This is so beautiful. Thank you for making me wake up." I said.

"It's the least I could do." Hayes kissed me on the cheek.

I looked at him.

His blue eyes were staring back at me, and he leaned in and kissed me softly.

I kissed him back.

His arms lifted me up, as I wrapped my legs around him.

We stopped kissing, but we stayed in this position.
