Chapter 9.

"Are you crazy?!" Taehyung opened his eyes when he heard the familiar voice and that's when he noticed, instead of the car hitting him, he was tightly embraced in Jimin's arms.

"Why would you even do that?" Jimin still got no answer so he broke the hug and sighed.

"Tae, tell me what's wrong? please"

There was still no answer. Taehyung stared at the latter before tightly embracing him feeling more relieved now. i was really gonna do something pathetic

"Let's go home." Jimin said quietly holding in his tears from nearly losing the love of his life and his best friend and tried to stay strong until he could cry out alone

After reaching home

"hyung, you're back! Where did you go so suddenly?" Jungkook complained not noticing the expression on Taehyung's face. Jimin ruffled jungkook's hair and sat down on the couch while holding Taehyung's hand.

"Jungkook, go to sleep, I'll be there in a few minutes" Jungkook noticed the tone of jimin's voice and quietly went inside the room

"Now tell me, what's up with you?" Jimin asked looking straight into taehyung's eyes

"Are you and Jungkook close?" Instead of answering, Taehyung questioned.

"That's not an answer" Jimin folded his arms.

"It's nothing, I'm just...upset..."

"Reason?"

"Jimin ah it's really just-"

"Reason." Taehyung sighed and looked down not being able to come up with an excusable reason.

"Maybe, the reason is...your best friend." Jimin squinted his eyes, totally confused

"It's been a few hours he came and he's already a problem for you?"

"It's really not that. I'm telling you nothing's the reason." Taehyung sighed and stood up, walking towards the restroom.

"It's okay if you don't wanna tell me, anyways, we're just roommates." Taehyung stopped in his tracks after hearing the last part of Jimin's sentence but he was really not in the mood to argue or create a scene so he just continued walking towards the bathroom.

All this time, a person was eves dropping on both of the boy's conversation, he knew he was right and now he has to work their relationship out because they're both just two idiots in love
