Chapter 2

Aaron POV

"Hey Aaron, you have to admit that Veronica got hot and cute" Mason said

"No she is not, she is just a b*tch like always" I said
walking into my history class.

I'm going to be honest, she looks really hot with those shorts and she is kinda cute. Wait What?!?!
She is not hot or cute. She is fat and ugly like always.

Great! I got kicked out of my class and the teacher is calling my parents. I don't even know why I called her a big head. It just slipped out of my mouth. Her head is small and so cute.

No Aaron, her head is huge.

Veronica POV

The bell rang and now we have lunch. Me and Emma walked out together and saw Hannah sitting at a table with Ethan Dolan.

"Hey people" I said sitting next to Ethan and Emma next to Hannah.

"Here Veronica, I brought you your favorite food" Hannah said giving me a bag.

"Chipotle?! Yay!" I said really happy.

Hannah brought food for all of us. We ate our food and then started talking to each other. We kept talking until I saw Aaron coming towards our table. He didn't look very happy.

"Veronica" Aaron said

"Burriss" I said standing up from the table to throw away my trash.

"Oh don't worry, I got it" Aaron said taking my plate.

My plate still had food so he decided to throw it at my shirt.

"WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?!" I yelled

"What?! I'm just putting the food in the trash" Aaron said laughing.

"HEY, WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS TO VERONICA?!" Hannah yelled getting up in front of him.

"This is non of your business" Dylan said pushing her away.

I was so mad!! I moved Hannah and slapped Aaron on the face. I quickly grabbed my backpack and ran to the restroom.

Emma ran behind me.

Aaron POV

She slapped me and it hurts. This is not the end, I will get my revenge.

"B*tch" I said walking behind them.

"Aaron, leave them alone" Ethan said grabbing my wrist.

"Don't get involved" I said taking his hands off of me.

"No Aaron, don't go. You will get in big trouble. Remember that the history teacher called your parents" Mason said holding my shoulder.

"Fine!! But she will pay for it" I said walking away.

Veronica POV

"Did you just.." Emma said but I cut her off.

"Yes I did" I said trying to clean myself.

"Come on, I have an extra shirt in my locker" she said pulling my hand.

We walked to her locker and changed my shirt.

⚽️After school⚽️

Today is the day. The coach is going to choose the captain for the team.

"Hey ladies today we are going to choose the captain" coach said.

We were all excited to know.

"Ok so me and your P.E teachers had a little talk about your guys running skills" the coach said while looking at his list.

"The co-captain is..... Mariah Burriss" the coach said.

Mariah Burriss is Aaron's sister
(Let's just say they are the same age. They are both 18 in the story)

"And the captain is..... Veronica Jo Merrell" the coach said while looking at me.

"Me?!?!" I asked in surprise.

"Yes Veronica, you are a great soccer player" the coach said.

"Well thank you" I said.

"Ok ladies, see ya later" the coach said.

"Remember we have a game in 3 days so do your best." the coach said

We were all a little nervous because we haven't practiced in a while.

We all walked out and I went to the front of the school. Hannah has practice so now I have to wait for her to finish. She is my ride home.

I walked inside where Hannah has hockey practice.

When I walked in, I sat down on a bench waiting for Hannah.

They were playing and I saw Dylan, Mason, Hannah, Ethan, and ugh Burriss.
