So any titled part that doesn't have a character's name in it will be a preference. I hope that you all enjoy my first shot at preferences and remember that requests are open!

Frodo:
It was at one of his and Bilbo's conjoined birthday parties. You had been dancing the night away with your friends while the bashful hobbit watched from afar. He pulled you away from the dancing for a minute and confessed his love for you. It was obvious that he had been rehearsing the speech for a long time before tonight. But, nevertheless, you were flattered and instantly returned the statement. The dances that followed had a purpose other than the birth of a hobbit, they were to celebrate the blooming love between two.

Sam:
The timing was not the best. It was right after the destruction of the ring. The two of you were stranded on a rock in a river of lava. You held each other, tears rolling down both of your cheeks. The ring had finally been destroyed and Middle-Earth was saved.

It was then that he said, boldly and proud, "I love you."

You were shocked. You had always loved Sam but you thought he would never think of you as more than a friend. You told him this, and he said that he would follow you anywhere, even to Mordor if he had to, just to be by your side.

Aragorn:
It was you who first confessed. The two of you had been in a terrible arguement about you joining the fellowship coming on the quest. He had not wanted you to come; he claimed it was far too dangerous. You refused to drop out of the journey when you arrived in Lothlorien. Aragorn, overwhelmed with stress after the mines, was practically ripping his hair out.

"Why did you even come on the quest?" he questioned harshly.

"I wanted to help Middle-Earth," you answered calmly.

"You've helped so much, (y/n), but you have to understand the danger we're facing. We've already lost the wizard and I cant bear to lose you, too!"

"I'm not quitting now or ever!" you exclaimed with an angry stomp of your foot. "Have you ever thought the reason why I'm so persistent about continuing is because I love you, Aragorn?"

He stopped dead silent before you continued.

"I know very well the dangers we will face and the only thing I'm afraid of on this quest is that I'll lose you!"

More silence followed for what seemed like hours of the two of you just staring at each other. Suddenly, Aragorn pulled you to him and kissed you. After that night, he still wanted you to stay with the elves, but he felt stronger leaving with you by his side, knowing you loved him.

Legolas:
The elven prince was very shy and unspoken with his feelings. He always had been. It was a normal day when he asked you, his friend of old, to come practice at the archery range with him. You had noticed his bashful behavior recently, but not asked him about it

When you reached the range, Legolas only a few feet behind you, you gasped. You had to be at a certain angle to see it, but there were many arrows shot into to the targets. The colorful feathers making the arranged shapes seem full and lush.

The first target had a line of arrows down it, which you guessed was "I". The second one had a heart formed out of arrows. The next targets each had one letter of your name spelled out onto them.

In the ends, the arrows spelled, "I love (y/n)."

You looked behind you to see Legolas standing nervously with a bouquet of flowers in his hands, which were practically shaking.

"Did you do this?" You asked even though you already knew the answer. His behavior made sense now. No wonder he had been so timid! He was worried you'd reject him.

He nodded, his face flushed. "Yes, (y/n). Amin mela lle."

You smiled, dropped your bow, and ran into his arms. He flinched, probably thinking you were going to hit him. When he realized that you returned his feelings, he gently hugged you back, burying his nose in your hair.

"I love you, too, Legolas," you whispered. With that, he was happy.

Ok. There will be a part two soon, so don't worry.
