For a moment Ishwari was shocked into silence, she wondered whether she was dreaming about her son but then Dev said the word that she was dying to hear from the time he had left, "MAA" said Dev as tears of joy made way from Ishwari's eyes. She started moving quickly towards him but stumbled on the way but before she fell on the ground Dev held her as she looked up to find her son holding her "Dev...Mera Beta..." she said as she moved her hand across his face and arms to make sure that he was really standing before her. She hugged him as he hugged her back, tears flowing from both their eyes as Ishwari kept mumbling "Kahan chaley gaya tha tu Dev? Kahan chale gaya tha? Apni Maa se itna naaraz tha ki usey chodkey chaley gaya" she said as she tightened her hug while Dev just kept quiet, savouring the warmth & love of his mother's bosom.

Mamaji and Elena wiped the tears that had formed in their eyes. "Bhaiya, mera beta...mera beta wapas aa gaya hai Bhaiya. Apni Maa ke wapas aa gaya" said Ishwari looking at her brother, the joy on her face clearly visible as Mamaji replied "Haan Ishwari, tere itney mahino ki tapasya rang layi. Dekh Iss ghar ka beta apney ghar wapas aa gaya" he said as Dev left Ishwari and touched Mamaji's feet followed by his mother's as they blessed them. Golu meanwhile was taken to his room by Elena for freshening him up.

"Ab main tujhey kahin jaaney nahi doongi... kahin nahi" said Ishwari through her tears as she hugged Dev once again who had been silent all this while, little did she know what was going through his mind.

"MAIN TERE AUR DEV KE BAAREY MAIN BAAT KAR RAHA HOON SONA" asked Jatin as Sonakshi was left speechless. She did not understand what her friend was alluding to "Matlab?, Tum kehna kya chahtey ho Jatin?" she asked in wonderment while Jatin sighed as he replied "Sona...Ya toh tu samjhna nahi chahti hai ya phir tu samajhkey bhi naa samajhney ka naatak kar rahi hai" he said with a hint of frustration in his voice as Sonakshi looked at him in surprise, more surprised especially due to the tone used by him.

"Jatin, Tum aisa kyun keh rahey ho? Main sach main samajh nahi paa rahi hoon ki tum kehna kya chahtey ho?" she asked, giving in questioning look as he replied "Sona...Dev wapas aa gaya hai. Kya tuney ye socha hai ki tujhey aagey kya karna hai? Kya tuney tum dono ke rishtey ke baarey main socha hai? Ya phir poori zindagi tum dono aisey hi ek rishtey main judey honey ke baad bhi ajnabiyon ki tarah rahoge?" he asked as Sonakshi kept quiet, she knew what Jatin was asking about, but she had no answer to it.

"Kya hua Sona? Tu chupp kyun hai?" asked Jatin observing that she was silent as she replied "Kya bolun Jatin? Tuney dekha naa main ne Dev se baat karney ki koshish ki lekin wo baat nahi karna chahta. Aisey main main akele kya kar sakti hoon Jatin?" she asked with a hint of irritation.

"Sona...Dev se pehle kya tu clear hai ki tu kya chahti hai? Tu iss rishtey ko kahan le jaana chahti hai, kya tuney isskey baarey main socha hai?" he asked as she kept quiet, it was the same question which her brother had asked her some time back while Jatin continued "And if you have thought about it then are you ready to work on it?" he questioned her as Sonakshi was left tongue-tied, though in her heart she knew what she wanted but she could not voice it out.

Seeing Sonakshi quiet Jatin asked her "Aur ek baat Sona...kya tuney Soha ke baarey main socha hai? Uskey mann main kya chal raha hai? Uskey Papa wapas aa gaye hai lekin uskey saath nahi rehtey, pehley kam se kam tum logon ke weekly arrangement ke bahaney wo apney Papa aur Mummy dono ke saath rehti ekin ab toh wo bhi nahi hai, kya tu uskey sawalon ka jawab dene ke liye tayar hai?" he asked as Sonakshi once again was left without an answer, Jatin was asking her questions, the answer to which she herself did not have.
