Peter shook his head at himself, wondering how idiotic he could be for even thinking about going to Liz's party as Spider-Man.
Sure, he wanted to impress you, but after many contemplated and confusing thoughts, he wanted to impress you as himself. On the other hand, he did have an advantage being the webslinger he is.
"Oh my God, what am I doing?" He whispered to himself, shaking his head. Peter's eyes intently watched as you danced around the living room, laughing at something Liz had said. He had liked you for what seemed like forever; and he had yet to engage in a conversation that didn't include stutters and him running away.
A smile fell on his lips, fiddling with his mask that was in his hands. He quickly took notice on how your mood changed, looking like you were asking a question to Ned. When he shrugged, you traveled outside, scanning your eyes around the backyard.
Peter stumbled back, managing to fall off the roof of the garage. "I'm such an idiot." He mumbled, covered in trash from crushing the garbage cans.
