peter's eyes glued to you, gaze following you to where you were sat only a few seats away from him. he adored everything about you. he loved how he could see the glimmer in your y/c/e eyes when you were in the sunlight, and how you always matched your outfits without knowing it - he adored the little things.
being peter, of course, he had been wanting to ask you to homecoming for a while now. with a little bit of planning, he was just about ready to approach you with the question. his thoughts floated away when ned nudged his shoulder.
"peter, you're staring is probably creeping her out," he pointed out, patting his best friend's shoulder.
"staring at her? I-I have no idea what you're talking about," peter mumbles, looking around the table to see mj and ned give him a look. "okay, okay! maybe i was staring."
