TORI'S POV:
"So I have a question" I say to Peter as we walk
"Ask away" He grins
"The reason all the boys left and you... Locked me in your cabin, is because you're searching for someone?"
He stops which makes me stop.
"Why?" He asks
"Well before you found me in the woods I saw a man walking around, I couldn't see his face but I knew he didn't belong here"
"Maybe it was a pirate"
"No. It wasn't"
"How can you be so sure?" He puts his arms up
"I don't know. I just am" I say confidently
"Fine, ill be honest with you but then no more questions. Yes, we're looking for someone."
He begins to walk again.
"I can help!" I quickly say
"Okay you can help by staying out of the way and staying safe"
I laugh a little "yea right! I'm so helping!" I smile
He begins to walk again but then turns to me "you can't help if you're dead" he grins in spite then turns around and walks again.
I grab his arm and turn him around.
"You can't just shut me out!"
"I'm not.. I'm keeping you safe"
"Peter!!!"
"What!" He turns around
"Give me one chance to prove I'm not some little glass doll"
He stands thinking, then slips out, "fine. One chance"
"Yay!!!"
I'm so happy with myself I don't watch where I'm going, trip and fall flat on my face but Peter keeps walking.
"Oh no, the glass broke" He smiles walking on.
