Another long day has passed for our young blond main character. 

Dragging himself to his home, Naruto Uzumaki has gotten by rather peacefully considering what today was. Today was October 10, XXXX, his birthday. Yet it was also the day the fourth Hokage had died. Naruto, who had previously taken the villages wrath on this day, was now only walking home exhausted. Today had been a lonely day spent training. His team had not scheduled a meeting and he wasn't an academy student anymore so he had no reason to go see Iruka sensei in the academy.

So instead of staying in the village and possibly getting hurt, he trained all his time away. He was now reaching his front door. Tiredly, Naruto opened his door with a bit of a struggle. He might have over worked himself. Poor Naruto was so tired that he failed to notice the fact that his appartment had been mysteriously cleaned. Flipping the light switch, he made his way to his kitchen. Only, something happened that interupted his search for a cup of ramen. 

"SURPRISE!!"

As soon as he flipped the switch, a loud shout rang out in his one bedroom apartment. Shock over took his mind and his muscle ache faded away. Staring wide eyed, he watched as multiple anbu jumped out from various hiding places. All different mask colors stared back at Naruto as he watched. A cake was presented as chatter over took the room, but the most noticeable happening was when the young blond smiled. A smile so big and bright, and true, erupted on his face. He was shocked. He was surprised. But most of all,

He was happy.
