Unexpected Love

Chapter 28 [MYG]

You've been dating Yoongi oppa for 4 years already. This month he's been really busy. He's always locked up in his studio. Whenever you try to visit him there he would tell you to go out. feel like he's been hiding secrets from you. He barely even talks. He even skips some of his meals. You're starting to get worried about him and thinking he's been hiding something from you. Instead of doubting your partner, you decide to put your trust in him. But these days, your doubt is overpowering your trust for him. You've been really busy on your residency at the hospital. But even though your really busy you try to make time for oppa and your friends. You decided to talk about this with Hobi oppa, Shine, and Kookie. You are going to meet with them later at the cafe.

After your shift, you drove to the cafe and ordered your coffee. Hobi oppa arrived with Shine, and then Kookie. When all of them were there you started talking about your doubts. They did say it was somehow suspicious because he has never wanted to not see you. He even misses you even though you just went to the bathroom. Then they reassured you that maybe Yoongi oppa was just really busy doing work. He would never do something to hurt you, they said.

You went back to your apartment. You were a reassured but you still had some bad thoughts here and there. You knocked on the door of his studio and he told you to come in. He had quickly exited whatever program he was using. He looked exhausted but happy. He was looking through his phone. You rested your two arms on top of his shoulders and buried you face on the crook of his neck. You left little pecks on his cheek, moving down to his jaw and neck. He asked you what was wrong and you asked him why he was always locked up in his studio. He responded saying," I'm sorry baby. I've been working on a song and I really wanted to write about something meaningful." You pecked him one last time and he let out a quiet moan. You told him to help you prepare some snacks for a movie marathon.

YOONGI'S POV

He's been really busy writing the lyrics of the song he's composing. He's been skipping a lot of meals. It hurts him so much not to see Ivana every minute, or even hour. He's trying his best to create the most meaningful lyrics and now he's trying to figure out where to place the proposal part until... Ivana knocked at the door of his studio. She's also been hurting from not seeing him. But he thinks this'll definetly make up for all the pain they've gotten from not seeing each other often.

IVANA'S POV

Weeks had gone by and Oppa went back to his old, cute, and lazy self when you talked to him. He asked you on a date last week. He said he had something to talks to you about. He said to meet at the park after your shift in the hospital.

You changed from your scrub suit and changed into something a little more you. You took your bun off and let it loose over your shoulders.

You got your car from the parking lot and drove to the park. You saw oppa sitting at one of the benches. You got out of the car and walked towards oppa. He somehow looked nervous, and you didn't know why. When he saw you nearing him he gave you an excited smile. He jogged towards you with his phone in his hands. He linked his arms with yours. He rested his head on your shoulders." I missed you...", he said as you kissed the top of his head.

He let go of your arm and held your hand. You intertwined your fingers with his, as you walked around the park. As you were walking oppa plugged his earphones into his phone and placed one of the buds in your ear and the other in his. He held your hand again and walked slowly. You've never heard this song before. You asked if he composed this and he nodded.

When the song hit the chorus, you heard it...

"Will you be with me forever? Be my wife and the mother of our children? Help me with my problems? "
