I hate flea season. I hate fleas in general. Especially with a dog that doesn't like baths, nor does she do well with any topical flea treatments.
Add to that we live near an estuary and the neighbor's dog never gets a bath nor any type of flea treatment.
Poor thing got hit. I gave her a bath today and it was bad. She had been so happy for so long without fleas, now she's hit again.
And we're broke. We have to get her treatment again, and it usually runs about $60 for 3 months (which we stretch out to 6 months because they last 2 months each). I just feel bad for my little girl.
But on the plus side, she's fluffy. Every bath she gets, she turns out to be a fluff ball for about 1/2 a day, which really looks weird on a terrier/boxer mix.
