"who's up for 21 questions?" richie asks, throwing his hands in his lap, eddie jumping in beside him.
"sure." stan smiles.
"o-ok." i say, looking at richie.
"great!" eddie and richie say, "lets start."
stan speaks, "can we just ask each other questions? we don't have to do 21."
"yeah. we should do that." eddie replies.
"ok.. bill." stan turns to me, "favorite book/novel?"
"the maze runner series."

"nice. mine's the number four series." he grins innocently.
the corners of my mouth lift up.

"favorite movie?" i quickly say.

"can you explain the memory? anything you saw?" now I'm really interested.
"well, i couldn't see much, but it was outside. dark, and raining. cold. i was crawling.. on top of a—a.. person. they were scared. i was.. i wa-was.. laughing at them. they were dirty, cold.. and wet. during the memory, i felt so bad for that person. i'm glad I have amnesia because I wouldn't want to continue torturing that boy." stanley says, in a small voice, looking like tears were about to fall.
