I was just laying there on the couch, in a empty, quiet, lonely house, crying in a bundle of emotion when I heard the door open and close. For a second I got panicked because I didn't know who it was but then they spoke.
"Hannah? It's just me, Brook" he yelled through the almost silent house
"I'm in the living room" I said loudly, still crying. He walked in with two bags full to the top.
"Sorry it took so long but I stopped at the shop to get some junk food and chick flicks because that's apparently what girls do after break ups, well that's what my cousin Libby said" he laughed slightly. I didn't want to talk knowing my voice wasn't trustable with all the crying I was doing. "How about I set the DVD up and get some bowls for this food and we'll cry over a movie together?" He said. I just nodded in response. Once he'd set everything up he came and was about to sit down until he realised that I was laying right across the sofa and wasn't about to move anytime soon. He then just sat on me.
"Ouch Brooklyn your heavy, get off me you retard" I whined trying to push him off.
"I'm not moving until you agree to get up and let me share that comforter" he said
"Okay, just get off me before I die of lack of oxygen or something" I joked. He stood up and I made a big deal of gasping air before sitting up and moving over so he could sit down. He sat down and took half the covered resulting in a fight.

Brooklyn's pov
So after we fought over the covers we decided to actually watch a film but Hannah didn't want to watch any of the chick flicks, she wanted to watch a comedy or something so I put on the internship and we laughed at the same points but at the end when the credits were rolling she just broke down in tears. Apparently the only thing that would cheer her up would be a channing Tatum marathon so we watched 21 jumpstreet, whitehouse down, step up, she's the man, the vow and dear john. After we'd spent the entire afternoon watching movies and eating our body weight in junk I decided that we needed to do something to make her forget about Brad so while she went to the toilet I called Leah off her phone and asked if there was anything I could do to cheer her up a bit. She explained that one of Hannah's friends were having a party on Friday and it would take her mind off of things. So when Hannah came down I told her that Leah told me that Cassidy (one of Hannah's other friends) was having a party and she should go.
"I'd love to go but 1. I'm jot going alone 2. I'll be at your house most probably and 3. There's no way on earth my dads letting me go to another of cass' party's after last time when I came home at five in the morning completely hammered " she argued
"Okay well I could come with you if you wanted and I'll ask your dad for you if you want and if I'm at a party with alcohol my parents would most defiantly want you there with me and may I ask why you were drunk and how big are these party's?"
"We'll see the high school party's in American movies? Like that big and I don't really know why or how I got drunk as I was adamant I would only drink coke but some one kept handing me plastic cups"
"Well this time maybe use common sense and just get your own cans of coke?" I suggested
"Okay but you have to ask my dad if I can go. Oh god he's gonna be so pissed when he finds out Brad dumped me on the doorstep" she fretted
"What will he do?" I inquired
"He will want to break his legs" she said simply, like it happened all the time
"I wouldn't blame him if some one broke my only daughters heart, I know my dads gonna be so strict on Harper. What am I saying, if any boy even comes near her he's gonna regret it" Hannah just laughed at me
"So were beating up two year olds now are we?" She laughed
"No obviously when she's older" I explained
"I'm so borrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrreeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeedddddddddddddddddddddddddddd" she dragged out "i want my mum and dad to come home too, where are they at?" She asked
"I don't know, call them" I suggested. She picked up her phone and called her mum.
"Aye you momma where is your location right now?" She said trying to be getto, you could hear laughing on the other end of the line. "Mmhhh, Kay. Well Brooklyn's here. I'll ask him. Okay I'll see you soon momma bear, love you" she said hanging up. "Do you want to meet my momma and pappy in macdonalds in ten minutes for tea?" She asked
"Sure let me call my mum" I said calling my mum who said yes

Hannah's pov
I met mum and dad in mcdonalds with Brooklyn and they had a hella lot of bags. I knew they went shopping but damn this was a new record for them. I sat down and dad took our orders and then went up to order them while I pestered mum about what she bought, wanting to know if I got anything. When dad came back with food we all started talking about our day when dad asked what we'd done all day. I looked nervously at Brook then at my food not wanting to tell him.
"Well dad, braddumpedmeonthedoorstepthismorningbutyouneedtokeepchill" I rushed but he obviously understood because he became pissed off. "Dad I said you needed to keep chill" I said so sternly
"We will talk about this when we get home" he said annoyed
"On another note Brooklyn has a question for you" I said firing Brook into this
"Well I wanted to know if Hannah could go to Cassidys party tomorrow with me, as friends of course" he asked meekly
"Hannah you know what happened last time, and we agreed no more party's at Cassidys." Dad said calming down a little
"Leave her be joe, of course you can go but I swear to Jesus if you come home drunk I will go crazy on you" mum warned.

After we finished our food we dropped Brooklyn off on the way home then went home ourselves.
