The Beckhams babysitter

Chapter 2

Romeo and Cruz were downstairs setting the table already. I was about to go down there to make the Pancakes but as I passed Harpers room I realised she was stood in her cot shouting for attention. I walked in and picked her up putting her on my hip before walking out and into brooklyn.
"Sorry bout that" I said
"No problem I'm used to being pushed and shoved living the the two little zoo animals." he said
"Could you show me and Harper to the kitchen please?" I asked going shy again.
"Yea sure" he said
"Cruz is more of a gentle man then you" I laughed following him
"How's that?" he asked
"Well when Cruz showed me where your rooms where he held my hand so I wouldn't get lost" I said
"Yeah or because he has a crush on you" Brooklyn added
"I suppose. anyways Mr where is your onesie? even Harper is wearing one" I changed the subject
"Ah I'm too old for them" he said
"I'm older than you and I wear them" I say
"Yeah I didn't really look for it I'm hungry and want food" he said shrugging "and here's the small kitchen diner" he said.
"Here's Harper and thank you" I said handing him Harper and then going to look in the cupboards for a frying pan. in the fridge was oil and ready made pancake batter mix. score!

I was trying to flip the first one but kept failing. Brooklyn put Harper in her high chair and came behind me holding the pan with me and showing me what to do. I made like 20 pancakes and put one out for Harper, two for Cruz, three for Romeo, four for me and five for Brooklyn.
I handed the plates to them and sat next to Harper and Brooklyn.
"Guys if you want more there is some left I just don't know how much you all eat and stuff." I said pouring syrup over my pancakes and tucking in.

"Can I have more please" Brooklyn asked with a empty plate an a full mouth after just five minutes.
"Go get them yourself fattie" I said jokingly poking him as well
"Can you?" he said with puppy eyes
"Nope your big enough and ugly enough to do it yourself" I said making the younger two boys laugh
"Fine ill get them then" he said standing and bringing the remaining pancakes back
"You are not eating all of them! see if your younger brothers want any before you eat them all" I said
"Romeo Cruz? want one?" he asked
"Yes please" Cruz said
Brooklyn went to hand it over but licked them all first
"Brooklyn! that was mean!" I said "Cruz it's okay i'll find a way to get back at him" I promised the upset boy who lost a pancake.

"Who wants to help clean up?" I asked after we'd all finished eating
Romeo and Cruz both ran off giggling.
"Here ill put Harper in her play pen and ill come help" Brooklyn offered taking Harper away and then coming back and helping me clean up.
"So like do you want me to show you around the house?" he asked
"Yes but first what can I shorten your name to?" I asked
"Brook, brooky anything really" he said
"Where are the other three?" I asked
"Play room i'll show you it when we pass it on your tour." he answered

He'd shown me around the whole house and back to the play room where Romeo Cruz and Harper were watching spongebob.
Brooklyn took the last seat so I was about to sit on the floor when I was pulled into someone's lap. Brooks!
"What ya doing?" I whispered getting comfortable on his knee
"Not letting you sit on the floor" he said "why do I make a comfy chair?"
"Not really" I said smirking

Spongebob finished and I decided it was time to learn some stuff about the boys and girl I'd be looking after.
"So guys tell me about yourselves" I said sitting on the floor and hinting for them to make a circle
"Well I'm Cruz and I'm eight an I love football and I model a bit but I don't really like it" Cruz started
"I'm Romeo and I'm 11 and I love modelling and I play football a bit too" he said
"I'm Brooklyn and I'm 14 and I love football" Brook said
"I'm Hannah I'm 15 and I like hockey, horses and rugby. I live down the road and that's bout it" I said
We all looked at Harper like she was going to say something but she obviously never.
"Well Harper is 2 and we don't know what she likes yet" Brook answers for her
"Right so should we go outside or some thing?" I asked picking Harper up .
"Yes I wast to show you where it is" Romeo said holding his hand out for Me to take.
"C'mon then" i said grabbing his hand
