Chapter 13

Kat's POV

I woke up with this weird feeling in my stomach. I felt paranoid as if I was being watched by someone, or perhaps something. I went and did my hygiene, making sure to lock the door this time. I took about twenty minutes tops in the shower just thinking about things.

I haven't seen Lucian in days I wonder what was his deal. I wonder if he gave up yet. 

What do you care? My wolf asked curiously.

Mhm, good question Storm. I replied back pushing the thought away as quickly as it came.

I decided to dye my ends something different, now getting tired of the same thing. After my long shower, I dyed my tips and headed out slipping on a crop top with a fluffy cardigan and a leather skirt.

I put on the song Ain't it Fun by Paramore and I was singing along while cleaning the room.

When I finished off the song I clicked my tongue as I walked to the kitchen. I saw a few pack members and I cheerfully waved at them, getting some food to eat.

After eating I decided to go hang out with the twins or something. Everyone else seemed busy and they were the only ones to chill with nowadays.

A week passed and I was resting playing some video games with the twins. Things were perfect. Everyone was gathered around happy and having fun everyone was well trained.

BOOM! A loud noise sounded through the air making everyone stop their chatter making the room become eerily silent.

"WE'RE UNDER ATTACK." About ten of our pack members came in screaming.

Everything was a blur Xavier shouted orders causing everyone to rush and get into defense mode.

This was bad. Really bad.

I groaned when Allen wrapped his arms around me and pecked my lips. "Let's go." He growled lowly.

I got into defense mode rushing outside into the battlefield that looked like hell.

Blood was everywhere and I immediately attacked every person in sight who wasn't one of us. I snapped the neck of a female wolf making her transform back into her human form.

I didn't even shift yet and I was kicking ass. I quickly ran and shifted into the air but I was tackled by a male wolf. And boy did I put up a fight. I clawed his neck and clamped onto it sinking my sharp canines into his neck going for the kill.

Another wolf leaped at me but I dodged it killing the wolf in sight.

I looked around seeing more wolves fighting. I saw a few pack members that needed some help quickly before they would end up dead.

'I NEED ALL TEN HELPERS TO GET SOME OF THESE PEOPLE TO THE PACK DOCTORS IMMEDIATELY BEFORE WE lose THEM!!'  I ordered with so much authority it shocked even myself.

I went in the woods and shifted back grabbing some clothes and then I ran to keep helping the others but then an unfamiliar scent hit me.

"Katalina." I heard a husky masculine voice call out my name. I froze.

I slowly turned around and met a blonde guy with grey eyes and red lips.

"Who are you?" I growled in defense.

"The name is Kenny, and I'm here for you." He smirked grabbing onto my wrist almost painfully.

"Let Go you Mǔgǒu (bitch)." I hissed hitting my head into his causing him to stumble back in pain. I tried running back to the packhouse but was tackled by an unknown force. Him.

I cursed in Chinese under my breath and kicked him off of me trying to make another attempt to escape but was trapped at three more males surrounded me.

"We finally got her." I heard Kenny say.

"Well done boys." I heard a female's voice not knowing who it was. But when our gazes locked my blood went cold.

No no no. I thought. And when I thought my life was going great here I was.

"Miss me?" She smirked approaching me.

"Don't come near me, you bitch!" I sneered at her.

"Whoa her eyes are turning gold." A guy said observing me.

"Is that any way to speak to your superior?" She cooed still approaching me.

"Superior my ass! You are my inferior so don't fuck with me you stuck up whore." I spat, and then she kicked my ribs with no mercy causing me to double over in pain.

"Qiáng liú" I chanted in my head feeling the wind blow with force whipping my hair in every direction.

"Patrick baby take care of her so we can hurry up and leave." She whined like the little brat she was.

Kenny had his tight hold on me while Patrick came up to me and bent over reaching my level.

"Night Night." He smirked before stabbing me with a sharp needle and everything went black.
