Prologue

Today I worked later than normal. I am walking home when it starts to rain. I searched for shelter and entered an alley. It got colder and it was very foggy. Further down the alley, I heard people talk. I thought it was nothing, so I continued to walk, and now I saw the people clearer. But when I took a better look at the scenery in front of me I saw that they had guns. The first thing I thought was that I had to hide. I hid behind a dumpster, and my heart began to beat quicker. I was scared that they were able to hear my heartbeat. That's foolish. I know. The next thing I heard kicked the air out of my longs and a ringing sound began to form in my ear. I looked at the group, but now someone was on the ground. I have to run before they find out that I witnessed the whole thing...
