Not yin for your yang
Maybe you were too beautiful for your own sake,
Too nice for people's liking
Too sweet it was harmful
Too lovely, it seem faux
Baby you were all too much for the right one you felt,
But yet sometimes it wasn't enough,
You weren't enough thick skin to not care,
Not enough cold hearted to let it be,
Not enough confident to breath on your own.
I was cold hearted, you tried to give me your warmth
In hope that maybe when ice melts
I'm not as bad as you were once told,
You were too nice to me, the one that I almost didn't deserve.
You made my heart sing in the melodies that sound absurd to my ears
& i made you symphony suffocate under my out of tune touch.
You thought we were sun&moon
Who dies for one another,
Instead you were the sun;
While i was just allergic to the light that's all.
