Some things...before we dive in

Hi all !!!! I'm actually super excited to start this new book because it's going to be something SO different from what I usually write,okay? Cool.

I'm usually very self conscious with my writing (if you've been following me and realize I publish and Un-publish a LOT then you know what I mean).

I always have a bunch of wild ideas that I want to write about but "never can put it to paper" the way I want to...or sometimes I feel like the plot is becoming weak and I doubt my abilities all together-forcing myself to delete whatever work I started. It's bad, I know, but it happens.

But this time, I want to give this particular book my all and ultimately challenge myself to write how I ACTUALLY imagine the ideas I come up with.

I've been a huge fan of the late Heath Ledger for such a long time, and particularly his iconic role as The Joker in Nolan's 2008 The Dark Knight.

I've wanted to write something based on him for a long time but again; my ideas seemed to be too basic or opaque that I trashed them all.

Recently, I've been reading amazing fic's based around Heath's Joker and can I just say, it made me fall in love with him all over again. Especially the-killing-j0k3 's work. I've never been so immersed into a book that I would be literally playing the scenes over in my head long after I've finished reading.

That's what I want to provide. I want to do the character(s) justice and not just white wash the plot just to write something. I don't want to write about a girl who is J's psychiatrist and falls in love with him like Harley did and I definitely don't want to make the main character be so dependent on him. I want to try something new and give you guys something a little bit different from what is out there.

WITH THAT BEING SAID,

I will base this story around both of Nolan's films (TDK & TDKR) because I'm a huge fan of them. I will also create new characters within the universes that are not in the films and also change themes and plots that aren't in either the films or comics.So, PLEASE be kind and try not to point out anything out of the ordinary because, really, what is ordinary about Joker in any sense?

This will be an all inclusive book focused on Heath's Joker ; not Leto's. I am all about my Heathy - not so much of Leto. Though I respect his take on the clown we so desperately love, it's just not my cup of tea like Ledgers is to me. I am NOT , I repeat, NOT a Leto hater. He's a cool guy. Great Actor. But...Heath.

Sorry for this long rant but I just had to say it, it's been bugging me and I want to "broaden my horizon" as they say.

I honestly love each and every one of you who even click on my profile or read my work. You all mean so much to me, and give me confidence that I didn't know I possessed. Thank you thank you thank you!
