Harley's POV

It's been two weeks since I've been introduced to my new family. I've really connected with my brothers, especially Ben since we're closer in age.

Today, it's my first day of school. I've missed two weeks of school but they moved my classes from my old school to this one. They also changed my name in their computers to Harley Olivia Thompson instead of Harley Olivia Collins.

I just finished my shower and I am now in my room, picking out my outfit.

I pull on some blue ripped mom jeans that are rolled up just above my ankles with a white crop top and a grey cardigan to top it off since it's a bit colder today.

I check out in the makeup mirror I placed by the left of my bed on the wall.

I let my hair fall in their natural loose curls and apply next to little makeup.

Instead of a backpack, I just bring purse that hangs off my shoulders because I'm just going to put everything in my binder anyways.

I put headphones and a charger into my purse then grab my phone before running downstairs. When I run down the second set of stairs that lead to the main floor, the smell of pancakes hits my mouth. I almost fall down the stairs because I'm trying to get there so fast.

"Something smells delicious!" I comment, running into the kitchen.

Aurora- I mean, mom stands there making pancakes while dad reads the news papers.

I'm still trying to get used to calling them mom and dad.

"You must be hungry." Mom says as she passes me some pancakes, which makes my stomach growl.

I'm really hungry.

I quickly sit at the island instead of the table. I put whipped cream and strawberries on my pancakes and quickly begin to eat them.

"They're so good!" I say once I swallow the first bite.

"Moms pancakes are the best." Bentley comments while walking into the kitchen.

"Defiantly." Ben chimes in as he walks in behind him.

The boys grab their pancakes and pour syrup on them, both sprinkling blueberries on theirs and begin eating.

I continue eating, not noticing Tyler walking in until he ruffles my hair with his hand and chuckles.

"I like how you think." He says gesturing to my pancakes.

Since my mouth is full, I give him a smile then continue chewing.

When Ben and I both finish eating, we go to the front door, put our shoes on, grab our binders, and bid our good byes. We walk to his car and I sit in the passenger seat. I wait for him to get in while I tie my converses because we were in a rush to leave.

"Ready for school?" He asks then starts the car after he gets in.

"Yeah. I'm pretty nervous too." I slide my seatbelt on and clip it in.

"Yeah? I'm sure you'll just fit in just fine." He assures me.

"I hope so."
