*Jen’s P.O.V*
Another week of fun hangout and silly vlogs passed. I saw Joey pretty much every day and believe me when I saw it was getting harder and harder not to show that I had feelings for him. I just couldn’t help it, he was so sweet to me and always made me laugh. I was starting to love life in LA and I wasn’t looking forward to the day I had to go back.
“So when are you going to tell him?” Cat asked me as she casually put some make up on my face. Joey and I were filming a video and they were in HD so I wanted to look decent. I looked up at her from the paper I was studying with the ideas I wrote down on our video today.
“What are you talking about?” I asked confused. She rolled her eyes with a small.
‘You know, about how you’re in love with him,” she teased. My eyes went wide.
“Shut up,” I said hitting her playfully. We’ve gotten close the past few days, she hung out with Joey and I a lot and I really liked her, she was great.
“Come on it’s obvious,” she said. I sighed.
“We’re just friends, besides I was always under the impression you had a thing for him,” I teased back. She blushed slightly.
“It’s just a little crush what I have, besides Joey and I have talked about it and decided to stay friends,” she explained. I shrugged.
“Well we’re just friends too,” I stated.
“Doubt it, I’ve known that boy a few years now and I can tell when he’s into someone,” she explained. I blushed slightly biting my lip. Was she telling the truth or was she just teasing me.
“Hey the set is all ready,” Joey’s voice came as he poked his head into his room where we were talking. I looked at him and I couldn’t help but smile. He always had that effect on me. “Aw Jennyanya, you look so cute,” he said. I laughed shyly picking up a mirror. Cat did pretty good. She made my eyes look flawless and drew a very well done red maple leaf on one cheek and the flag on the other. She had pinned up my hair and we made two Canadian flags to stick in it and the rest of my attire was red and white for my country.
“I did a pretty good job didn’t I?” Cat asked proudly.
“You did, it’s perfect thanks,” I said giving her a hug.
“This is going to be such a good video, are you ready?” Joey asked me. I nodded standing up.
“Let’s do it,” I said. I walked down to where Joey had his camera and lights all set up in front of two chairs. I sat down in one and Joey took his spot in the other and Cat sat off to the side on the couch watching us with a smile on her face.
“Kay so just follow my lead, if we mess up don’t worry I’ll just edit it out no big deal, um, if you’re not happy with it we can film it all over we have the whole day so lets have fun with it,” he explained. I smiled with an enthusiastic nod. I was so ready.
“Sounds good let’s get this going. Should I like start of by saying eh a lot?” Joey asked and Cat laughed with a thumbs up. Joey started the camera and started out his dramatic introduction. This was going to be fun, my first video with Joey.
