Joey's P.O.V

“Should I be worried?” she asked eyeing me. I laughed a bit shaking my head.

“No, course not. I just have a question for you,” I said more laid back like. She nodded slowly.

      “Okay, what’s up?” she asked.

“Well as you know vlogging is a huge part of my life and I like to share with my viewers everything that happens in my life,” I started and she nodded at me. “Clearly we’re going to be spending a lot of time together and I was wonder, or actually hoping if you’d mind being a part of my vlogs,” I explained. Her eyes widened slightly and a small smile appeared on her lips.

“You want me to be in your videos?” she asked. I nodded.

“Yea that way I don’t have to lie about what I’m up to the days we hangout,” I explained. She nodded slowly looking away in thought. “If you’re not comfortable with that I understand but we’re friends now and I always film my friends,” I explained. She nodded again.

“Sure,” she stated slowly looking back at me.

      “Yea?” I asked smiling happily.

“Yea, I mean I guess I should be honored you like me enough to want to share our friendship online. Sounds fun even. I always wondered what it would be like to be in a vlog,” she said with a more confident smile.

“Great, well in that case do you mind if we film a bit now. I sorta mentioned this morning I was seeing a friend, I didn’t say your name incase you said no to it but I think we should share a bit of our lazy day together,” I explained. She nodded her head.

“Sure, I don’t mind,” she said. I smiled a bit and stood up reaching for my camera I left off to the side on the table.

“Ready?” I asked her and she nodded slowly.

“So how does this work do you say light camera action or is it more spontaneous than that?” she said with a small grin. I couldn’t help but laugh at that a bit.

“Light camera action? Jennyanya you’re so silly,” I said. She smiled innocently. I hope she’s able to open up to the camera and not be too shy, she’ll get used to it.

I walked over to the window deciding to film the gloomy day first. I pressed record filming the outside a bit.

“It’s raining it’s pooring the old man is snoring,” I said then turned it to me. “Hello there everyone, it’s me, were you expecting someone else? I don’t think so cause you’re on my channel watching my video,” I said stupidly as I walked across the livingroom. “So it’s a lazy day and I invited a certain someone you fine people haven’t met yet and I think it’s time for the grand reveal,” I said dramatically and Jen giggled a bit. I smiled and looked at the camera.

“She’s a little shy but I’m going to bring her out of her comfort zone, I’m going to corrupt her,” I said in a creep voice and she gave me a look. “So without further damb a do let me introduce you to Jennyanya,” I said and turned the camera so we were both in the shot.

“Heyy,” she said with a wave.

“Guys this is Jennyanya, she’s a psychopath too y’all,” I said and she laughed a bit.

“A Canadian Psychopath, so I’m better,” she stated looking at me. I rolled my eyes jokingly.

“Whatever girl America is tots better,” I said and she just shook her head looking at the camera. “Oh my god you know what we should do, we should do a video together about Canadians and the different rumors there are about how you eat syrup and have pet beavers and all that,” I said looking at her. She gave me a look like I was crazy. I turned the camera on her and she rolled her eyes.

“Joey eh, I have no idea what in the world you’re talking aboot, now please excuse me I gotta make a call, make sure Woody is holding down the Igloo alright without me,” she joked and I couldn’t help but laugh.

“Wait you have a pet beaver named woody?” I asked laughing.

“Well yea, where do you think I get all the wood to keep my igloo warm during the harsh winters. I send him out into the forest and he gathers it all, much better than a doppy dog,” she said and I laughed again, she was doing great, she was funnier than I thought. She laughed herself then looked directly at the camera. “I hope all of you out there realise I’m kidding, Canadian are no different from Americians, well except our health care is better, our sports teams are better and we don’t own like 50 guns each oh and saying eh occasionally is better then going around saying y’all,” she teased smiling innocently. I turned the camera back to me with an unimpressed look.

“I may have to rethink this friendship,” I said then turned to Jen as she pouted. “I’m kidding Jennyanya don’t be sad,” I said laughing again.

“Hey, I can supply you with a year supply of maple syrup, you’re call,” she said sassily. I laughed again.

“You’re funny girl, anyways guys that was Jennyanya, I don’t know what we’re going to do for the rest of the day but when I figure that out I’ll let you  know,” I said and ended the video. I looked at Jen and she gave a nervous smile.

“Did I do good?” she asked.

“You did great, you’re really funny,” I said and she smiled shyly.

“I try,” she said with a shrug.

“I’m serious when I said we should make a video about Canadian Sterotypes. I told her sitting back beside her. She nodded

“Yea then I can teach you how to be Canadian, I can like punch you in the face and tell you that you have to say sorry,” she joked and I laughed.

“I’m down girl what are you doing next weekend?” I asked.

“Making a video with you duh,” she said and we both laughed. This was absolutely great.
