After all I've been through
I decided enough was enough 
At one point I knew I was eventually going to try again
I was ready to feel the pain  
And pour out my feelings 
I have no idea what I'm dealing with 
But it's helping me heal
It was helping me heal
Now I don't know what to conceal with anymore
