He smiled. "Why are you asking me that? Shouldn't I be asking you? You were so jumpy this morning."

"Yeah whatever. I'm slightly upset with you right now."

"Why?"

"I had to find out from other people that you and...what's her face broke up."

"Her name is Taylor. And yeah. I meant to tell you, sorry."

"What happened Parker? I thought she was, I quote, 'The One'."

He chuckled. "We got in a fight."

"That happens a lot with couples. Maybe you'll get back together."

"I don't think that's going to happen."

"Why not? What'd you fight about?"

He smiled and looked away. "Let's not talk about that now."

"And why not?"

"Because we're in class we're supposed to pay attention."

"It's drama. We never pay attention."

"Maybe we should start."

"Ha! No. You're not getting out of this that easily."

"Tazzy listen. I promise I'll tell you. I will. But not now."

I stuck my tongue out.

We spent the rest of the period talking about nothing important. Then came third period. I had it with Carter and Melanie.

When I walked in I knew something was wrong. They grabbed me and sat me down. "This is an intervention. You have to tell Parker."

"You both are crazy."

"No you are. He broke up with his girlfriend. Here's your chance!"

"No! Come on you guys let me go."

"It's no use Mel. She won't give in."

"It's worth a shot. We can try tonight."

"It's risky."

"But effective, from what I hear anyways."

"What the hell are you two talking about?"

"Nothing darling. Just know we both love you." Melanie said with a sly smile.

*That Night*

I decided to sit and watch some TV with my loving mother and father. Carter was off somewhere else and Liam decided to go to Jen and Ryan's. We all know why.

"So Tazzy, How was your day at school?" My mom asked.

"Uneventful."

"Did you admit your undying love for Parker yet?"
