today, daddy came home with a new boy.

for starters, the boy had wild pink hair. that wasn't what daddy typically liked for the boys that came.

"tyler, this is joshua. he'll be staying with us for awhile." daddy said, holding joshua by the back of his shirt.

"hi, joshua!" i exclaimed, putting my hand out so he'd shake it.

he took my hand in his and said, "hi."

his voice was low and deep with some kind of mixture with heaven, causing my eyes to widen a little.

daddy pulled our hands apart then dragged joshua to the bathroom to take him a bath.

"don't play with tyler. he's a sweet boy and doesn't need some worthless shit chasing him around. you can only talk to him when i let you. do you understand?" daddy told him.

"yeah, okay." joshua agreed.
