"Just give up Aiden! You have no escape!" Jesse yelled soaked in rain.
Lightning was striking in the background as rain poured down on both boys.
Aiden was close to the ledge but pretended to act brave.
I don't want him to think I'm afraid. I have to...
Aiden growls and tries to attack with his sword, but Jesse swiftly hits it away.
It skids to the side and falls off the edge down below.
Aiden drops to his knees
"Stop!!"
Jesse's eyes widen and he calms down.
"I don't want it to be like this! I just want..." Aiden gets so frustrated he starts crying.
Jesse gets a nagging feeling.
Go help him.
He approaches Aiden and puts a hand on his shoulder.
"Get it together man. You never act like this." He furrows his eyebrows.
Aiden looks up at Jesse and throws himself in his arms.
The rain starts to calm down leaving the grey clouds.
Jesse very awkwardly pats his back and laughs a bit, "I never imagined you acting like this."
Aiden jumps back, "Me neither! This never happened!"
Jesse chuckles and helps him up.
Aiden stares at Jesse until he gets uncomfortable.
Jesse scratches the back of his neck, "We should probably get going. I don't want anyone thinking I killed you."
Aiden nods and they both make their way to the others.
"Thank you Jesse...I guess you just remind me of my brother." Aiden quickly walks ahead.
Jesse pauses.
Brother?
