BAHUBALI 2: The Conclusion

Chapter 11: Amrendra Bahubali

The huge hooks were attached to long ropes, which were tied to the bulls. Bahubali runs towards the top of the dam. He hooks both the hooks on the top of the wall. He then climbs up at the top.

The bulls pulled the ropes as they run ahead. Soon, the wooden pillars falls apart from the wall making the wooden wall fall. The river floods the area killing many men. The river forces itself out of the valley, pushing and killing the pindaris.

Devasena and everyone else stand on the top of the palace. They see the river flooding the area. Devasena turns towards right to see Bahubali coming towards them, floating on a wooden trunk. He jumps inside.

He walks towards Kumar Verma. Kumar Verma was hurt and bleeding badly. He looks at Bahubali and says,"I never recognized who you are. I said a lot of things to you. I even kicked you. Forgive me!"
Bahubali smiles at him,"The moment you kicked me , I realised that you are stronger than you think."
He looks at the wounds and says,"This is not blood my friend, this is the symbol of victory which says that you are brave and not a coward."

The prince comes forward,"We weren't expecting this attack. You saved the kingdom like a god! We all are forever thankful to you. Afterall, who are you?"
Kattapa comes forward and says,"Who we are, doesn't matter. Infact, we need a help from you!"
The prince surprisingly asks,"Such a great warrior needs a help from us? What is it?"
Kattapa smiles at him and says,"He likes a beautiful lady of Kuntal Kingdom. He loves her."
Prince' wife comes forward and says,"Who is that lucky woman?"
Kattapa looks at Devasena and says,"None other than the princess of Kuntal Kingdom."

They all look at Devasena as she blushes at the statement.
Prince smiles widely with joy. Bahubali turns around to see a bird coming towards him with a small letter. He takes out the letter and reads it. He frowns and gets upset as he reads the message in it.

Devasena asks him,"What is in the letter?"
He turns around, and stays silent. She asks again,"Tell me, what is written in the letter?"

Bahubali says in a low voice,"It's queen mother's order to bring you as a prisoner to Mahismati."
Tears fill Devasena's eyes. She whispers,"Betrayal!"

"First you save us from our enemies and become our God. And the next moment, you come here to make me a prisoner? WHO ARE YOU?"

Bahubali looks at her and smiles,"Anger makes every sweet word sound bitter. I'll tell you when you calm down-"
Devasena immediately snatches a fire torch from a soldier and hits it to Bahubali's chest. His clothes start burning revealing his armor inside. It had Mahismati Kingdom's symbol on it. Devasena's eyes were wide open, shocked.

Kattapa comes forward and proudly says,
"He is the one who is going to be the King of Mahismati Kingdom!
He is the dear son of queen mother Shivgami Devi!
He is the one who fought against Kalkeya and won the battle!
He is the brave, AMRENDRA BAHUBALI!"
