Jungkook was tired of it

To be more specific, Jungkook was tired of her. She was so annoying and fucking clingy in his perspective. Jungkook felt he was choking, he felt he was in prison that's what he thinks when Y/N all did was love him unconditionally and take care of him whole heartedly. His love for her died just because of those simple reasons.

She gets worried too much, she's too clingy around him that he doesn't have time for himself and last of all she always uses her annoying high pitched voice. Jungkook found those adorable on their first weeks or months of their relationship but they've been together for 9 months, He hates all of it now. He hates her.

And he decided to end his relationship with her. Once and for all.

"Jungkookiiieee~" She calls out sweetly as she opened the door to his room, Jungkook cringed mentally when she called him like that but he find this as his opportunity to break up with her.

"Y/N-ah" Jungkook calls her name, no sweetness in his voice like he used to do, no more cute petnames for her but Y/N was too densed to sense it. She's deeply in love with him.

"Hmm? Yes Kookie?" She walks inside and closes the door behind her and hops towards his boyfriend. "Is there something you want to talk about sweetie?" She cooes and was about to hold her boyfriend's hand when Jungkook retracted his hand stopping her to do so.

"I'm breaking up with you Y/N" He simply said, no hesitations, no uncertainties, nothing. He said like it was the easiest word to say. It was like he was saying the alphabets.

Y/N looked at her wide eyes but stifles a laugh and punches his arm playfully, thinking it was some kind of prank.

"Pfftt that was a good one kook. You almost got me there—"

"I'm serious"

Jungkook stared at her straight in her eyes like he was looking through her soul. Y/N shivered not because of the intense gaze but because of the thought of losing the someone whom you thought was the one, the one who will spend the rest of your lives together. Y/N looks down to her lap as tears starts to form in her eyes. She never thought that this day will come, it never even crossed in her mind. She doesn't want to know the reason why but if this what Jungkook wants...She is willing to let him go.

"Okay...Let's break up" She whispers but was audible enough for Jungkook to hear clearly. He was shook to be honest, he thought this was going to turn into a heated argument but then again he was glad it wasn't. He doesn't want to face another drama.

Jungkook only nodded his head as his response but what he didn't expect to see is Y/N smiling so brightly at him. How could she still smile at the male who just broke her heart?

"I hope you'll find someone better than me Kookie-ah" She smiles widely and caresses his cheek one last time before walking out of the room not sparing glance at her now ex boyfriend, probably going to start packing her things and moving out of his apartment.

Jungkook was frozen in his spot, processing on what on earth just fucking happened. Y/N just agreed on breaking this relationship apart. Jungkook just sat there in his bed literally don't know what to do, he sat there like a statue.

It was all too unexpected, he thought he will find her crying, fighting and begging for him to stay with him. His thoughts were snapped when he hears the door open revealing his now ex-girlfriend with a suitcase behind her back.

"Jungkook" She calls out and smiles sweetly at him but her eyes shows the opposite. It was red and sore and her nose was red also, signs that she cried while packing her things. Jungkook stood up from his seat and walk towards her unconsciously. He wasn't in right mind but his feet was pushing him to walk towards her.

She looks up due to their height difference and cups his cheek as she tip toes planting a soft kiss on his lips. "Good bye Jungkook...I love you" She whispers and stares at him with glossy eyes. Jungkook's heart clenched when he heard those words.

"Y-Y/N" He whispers her name but Y/N didn't heard it as she grabs her suitcase and walks out of the apartment while wiping her tears away. "N-no no no n-no what have I done?" Jungkook falls down from his knees and looks at the small figure walking away from him.

He regretted it, he regretted uttering those words out. Those times when she gets worried too much was the time he got sick or that time when he went home late and Y/N stayed up all night waiting for him, those times when she was so clingy around him was the time when he was feeling lonely and that he wants her to be around her but now...he threw a diamond out from his life.

She's gone now, she walked out of his life.

Few months has passed

Jungkook somehow managed to live without her though it was a complete torture. He let out a loud sigh as he was walking through the streets of Seoul, the sun was shining so bright, its rays hitting his face, thankfully it was a warm and windy day or else he would have locked himself up to save himself from the excruciating heat.

His feet led him to a park, maybe just to waste some time since he can't do much at his home, he took a seat at the bench and plugged his earphones to his ears letting the music invade his eardrums.

He was contented for once, music was his only escape from this reality, this cruel reality. Humming along and tapping his finger to his lap ay every beat the song plays. He watches the people come and go to the park, some group of friends having fun with each other and some are just like him. Alone.

Jungkook saw a couple not too far away from him and he can't help but feel like he knows that woman and since her back was facing him he couldn't see the woman's face but when the guy was went away from her like he's going to buy something for her that's when her face came to full view.

"Y-Y/N?" He calls out as he slowly stands up from his seat and step by step walked towards her. "Y/N....Y/N!!" He shouts her name this time but it wasn't enough for her to hear it, the guy earlier came back holding some drinks and foods. Y/N smiled brightly at the man, so bright that he can't even remember if Y/N ever smiled so brightly like that at him maybe she did. Jungkook stopped when the guy came and Jungkook stares at the both of them.

She quickly grabs the food to help the guy and smiles widely at him. Oh how Jungkook miss her smile. Maybe they're just friends or relatives. There's no way that Y/N will move on that quick right? She always tell him that she's crazy in love with him so there's no way that she'll find someone already right? Right?

But he was dead wrong

Y/N took a step closer to the guy and tiptoes as she connects her lips to the guy's lips. Jungkook suddenly felt cold and his heart dropped when he saw them kissing in front of him. He couldn't believe what he's seeing. Y/N kissing another guy when that should be him. His hands balled into a fist and stares daggers at the both of them. Y/N pulled away and he could literally hear her giggle even though he's far away from her, from them.

Jungkook sighed and there's no point at being angry at them. It's all his fault. He's the reason why he's in misery while Y/N is happy with another man. He slowly walks away from the happy couple and puts his hands on the pockets of his jacket.

That should have been him...
