I just had an argument with one of my best friends. ive known her my whole life and I speak to her almost all of the time. I don't even remember what caused it but I just want to get home and cry.
as I drive home my sight becomes blurred. the tears are falling down my face so I decide to pull over. I'm not far from home but I just don't want to crash an all that.
I move in my seat so I'm comfortable and just let it all out. I cry angrily but sad all at once. I punch the steering wheel a couple times. how did I let this happen. I'm such a fool.
suddenly my breathing hitches and I breath heavelier and faster.
I don't get regular panics but when I do they're bad.
I use my shaking hands to pick up my phone as I call the one person I trust, jack.
Y/N: h-ello
JACK: baby, are you alright whats wrong? where are you?
his voice filled with worry
Y/N: I a-am fine I jju-st need you right n-ow
JACK: I'm coming right away where are you?!
Y/N: on th-e street not to-o far from our hou-se, wi-t-h lots of yell-ow trees.
JACK: okay baby I'm coming! I love you
Y/N: okay-y
minutes later I see jack sprinting round the corner in his grey joggers and a white shirt with a matching grey jacket.
he pulls open my passenger door and sits.
he pulls me toward him and cradles me
"just breath baby" he says calmingly
my breathing becomes slower and turns into a normal pace.
"that's it, good girl"
"you can do this"
"come on"
"you'll be okay"
he kept whispering sweet nothings in my ear.
i feel so good
my breath is fine
i am calm
i am good
i sit back in my seat still calm
"thank you baby" i say breathing strong
"anything for my boo" he replies tapping my nose and i laugh
