Chapter 77

Danny

"Long night" I say as I fall onto the couch. My legs were weaker then ever I barely could move. Paris dropped into me saying "we had a long everything" she was right.

I bit my lip as I looked around. I was hesitant about my next move. I waited til everybody was in the house situated. I even waited for Adam and his people were in the living room. "You right, and that's why I want to say something.. something important" everybody glanced at us. Waiting to hear what I had to say.

Chaz gave me the go for it face. "Paris" I kneeled down on one knee. "Will you do me the honors in making me the happiest women on earth.. marry me?" I thought about all the shit she put me through.. the lies, the hurt, even the betrayal. But at the end of the day I set my eyes on her and that's what I want til this day.

Her eyes were tearing up. I could tell she was took back. I mean yea she was kid napped.. yea she was in a car crash and yea we killed a nice amount of people tonight. BUT I saved her.. that counts as something. Right ?

"Yes, yes I'll marry you" She finally says.

I scoop her up and spin her around. She doesn't know how happy I am to be with her. She makes me heart spin, and knot up. "I'm glad you said yes before my hair turned fucking grey" Chaz said as he breaks up our moment so he could hug her. "Welcome to the family sis" Ever since I was young Chaz was considered part of the family.

I looked around at all the shocked faces .. They didn't look so pleased by the way this is turning out. "Also" everybody's eyes hit me for the second tonight. "I need to let by Gansz be by Gansz" referring to Adam and his people. "You're the father of Veah.. so you HAVE to be in her life. So you and your family are welcome in at anytime." I shot them a welcoming smile. Then I slowly turn towards the evil Witch of the west. "Carly" she rolled her big ass eyes to the back of her head. I walk towards her and put my hand on her shoulder.

Chaz whispers "why is she even here?"

I shoved him away trying to have a serious moment. "We can't let the past ruin our future" I'm a live in the moment type of person. But I let my actions speak for me. "Either your with this, or your on your own" she took a deep breath, took a shot and smiled.

"To unforgetful moments" she took another shot then hugged me. "Let's celebrate!"

As I walk back to my fiancé I could over hear Chaz ask someone "No seriously.. why is she here"

Same old Chaz isn't he.

"So" she wrapped her arms around my neck. "How am I going to tell Veah I'm engaged..." we started to laugh.

"To a women at that" we both turn and see her. She looked exactly like Paris back in high school. The only difference is She had one dimple instead of two. Her hair was straightened out, I barely saw Paris's hair straight. "I'm Veah" she put her hand out for me to shake it. Her eyes were bright blue, she took after Adam in the eyes and nose.

"I know" I pulled her into a hug. It was probably weird to her but it felt normal to me. "I won't ask do you remember me because I used to hate when unnone ass family members asked me that" I joked. "I'm Danny.. your moms high school sweet heart"

"My always sweet heart actually" she grabbed on to my arm. "I'm in love baby"

Veah didn't look mad or happy. "I've never seen you smile this... your glowing" no she's sweating.. like I mentioned earlier LONG DAY "As long as your happy I'm happy" she hugged us both. "Now" she let go and looked at Adam. She looked nervous, I could feel the heat hitting me "Dad?" She sounded a little uncomfortable saying that. Adam turned around and smiled.

"You look exactly like your mother" Carly said shocked.  Chaz looked at her like she had stupidity written on her forehead.

Adam walked towards her not dropping his smile. "Want me to take you out? I think I deserve to explain myself" he says as they leave the house.

Chaz follows closely behind them but stops at us. "Can I steal Danny for a second?" Paris glares at him then smiles at me. She kissed my cheek then slowly walking away. I could feel Chaz eyeing her ass as she left. "God is good, god is good" he says not taking his eyes off her.

I gently tap his shoulder. "You'll be seeing how good he is up close and personal if you don't stop looking at my girl" I smile that millionaire smile..

"Speaking of girls" here we go. "Two words for you" I already knew what he wanted I just didn't want to. I didn't want to have any more problems, no broken promises, or no body possibly killed.

"Bachelor party" we said at the same time.

He puts his arm around my neck. "Great minds think alike" he patted my arm.

"Well yours isn't to great, it's not happening" I slowly push him off of me.

He looked so disappointed. "Come on dude, once you get married there's no more .. Freedom" exactly, Paris will be ALL MINE. "We can go to Miami, or Florida, shit even the Bahamas" After a whole night of Chaz nagging me I finally  agreed. It was fun seeing him beg at first but then he looked desperate.

"So where are we going to go?" I ask as I open the cold beer Heaven handed me. I decided it'll be just Chaz and Heaven but he DECIDED he'd find old friends so it'll be fun.

He brought out this book.. a planner. "So I've been planned this trip. I thought you and Paris were going to do this years ago so excuse me if it's a little.. out of date. Anyway I was thinking Miami! It's known for its nightclubs. And the partying isn't just confined to the famous South Beach, there are hot spots for dancing, music and drinks in other areas throughout the city. there are lots of ways to keep a bachelor or bachelorette entertained and hotel rooms aren't all that expensive in Miami... And, it's one of the least safe spots. So if anybody gets killed they'll be used to the shit"

"I was impressed by the way you were talking until you mentioned killing." I'm the big boss of my family. Whatever I say goes. "I like it though, I want to"

"Want to what" Paris as she walks into the kitchen grabbing a hold of me. I looked into her big brown eyes. She had on glasses, God she looked good.

"Were planning her Bachelors Party, and No you aren't invited" Chaz says as he looks over his planner. She let me go and shot me a death stare. I felt the awkwardness upon us.

"Fine" she folded her arms and grinned. What's she up to. "If your having one I'm havinh one" I wanted to say no so bad but I knew I couldn't.

"Fine" No emotions

"Oh and Adam and Anthony has to go" she flipped her hair as she left.

"Okay" I looked over at Chaz. I was about to yell until I saw that He was on the phone, "Yes I understand, can you make that two rooms please"

This should be fun.
