"Are you sure about this James? Baka ma awkward si Daniella kung ikaw ang susundo. I specifically told her na ipapasundo ko sya sa driver" Girlie told James over the phone

"Sayang naman ang gasolina kung mag dalawang kotse pa Tita, the same route din naman. Just don't tell her na sasabay ako papunta sa house mo" James said then hangs the phone.

Girlie quickly send a text message to Dani, telling her that the driver is on his way to pick her up. They waited at the lobby for almost 10 minutes. When Dani saw Girlie's van, she kissed and hugged Matthew to bid goodbye and then she runs to the car.

When she is about to open the door, someone already opened it from inside. And to her surprise she saw .... "James!" she exclaimed.

"Good evening" James greeted "Hop in" he said and offered his hand to Dani to help her get into the van. "Did you wait long? Sorry ha, traffic eh" he asked

"Hindi naman, halos kakababa lang rin naman namin ni Matthew" Dani replied

"Bakit hindi sumama si Matthew?" he asked

"Saturdays are his 'Me Time'. I don't disturb him during Saturday nights, unless he invites me" she said. 

"I hope he understands why you have to work on a Saturday" James said

"I don't have to ask for his opinion nor permission regarding my decision to work on a Saturday" she replied.

"How was your flight and your out of town work?" James asked to change the topic so he could avoid asking more about Matthew.

"That's the part of my job that does not excites me" she said smiling "Nakakapagod"

"I'm sorry, you should have been resting now pero inistorbo ka pa namin" James said

Dani quickly take back what she said "No James, that's not what I mean. Please don't take it as nakakaistorbo kayo. Kahit naman wala ang meeting na 'to, It won't change that I don't like out of town works" she explained

"It's out of town, di ba kahit papano, dapat mag enjoy ka" James said

"Just like you. You also go out of town to work. Di ba mas nakakapagod kapag wala ka sa comfort zone mo. I agree that we get to meet different people pero iba pa rin pag nasa sariling territory." Dani replied

"I understand, I get to feel it too sometimes" James said "You stay in Pasig, hindi ka ba nahihirapan traveling from Makati to Pasig? Halos pareho lang ang traffic between EDSA and C5. Why not get a unit near your work place?" he asked

"When I was looking for a place to stay during weekdays, I considered Mandaluyong or Makati kaya lang wala akong nagustuhan eh. Yung unit ko sa Pasig, Tatay at Nanay ko ang pumili nun para sa akin" she replied

"Ang sweet naman ng parents mo" James said

"Ikaw hindi ka ba napapagod ang layo ng Laguna, uwian ka di ba" Dani said

"Yes, pero sanay naman na ako. I'm flattered only my fans know that side of me." James said

"Oppsss ... he got me on that" she told herself but then again being as smart as she is. Dani were able to cover herself again "In the client information sheet which you filled up, your present address is the same as the permanent address. It only means that you are not staying anywhere else" she explained. James did not say anything when she said that instead he keeps on reminding himself that Dani did not like him from the start so it is better not to assume anything.
