Ross’s POV

I can’t believe I just let myself walk away from the love of my life. I got in the bus and we started leaving. I looked back at the venue and Talia was walking to her car. I watched her get in her car and drive away. I stared out the window as we drove across the desert roads.

“Ross?” Rydel said behind me.

“What?” I asked.

“Are you gonna be ok?” She asked

“Fine.”

“Ok just hang in there ok?”

“OK.”

She walked away and looked at my phone there was a text.

Talia: Night baby! I’m tired.

Ross: Night sweetheart!

Talia: Have a safe trip ok? I expect that you will text me when you get home?

Ross: Ok. Sleep well. Your on my mind!

Talia: Ok Good night.

Ross: Good night babe.

Talia’s POV

I wonder why he didn’t say I love you? Weird!

Next Morning

I woke up and looked at my phone. No texts. Suddenly I got one.

Ross: This is baby here. I am home.

Talia: Dork!

Ross: Lol. So you are up.

Talia: That I am.

Ross: Can I hear your voice?

Talia: I have school sorry!

Ross: Right school.

Talia: Sorry Baby!

Ross: Ok well love ya!

Talia: Love ya too!

I looked at the clock and it was time to leave for school.

I got to school and May ran up to me.

"So did Ross ever show?"  May asked.

“Of course he did!” I said

“How can you say of course he did? You barely know him.”

“May… Ross left last night. I think that I love him.”

“Wow.”

“I know.”

The bell rang. I walked into my class and David walked up to me.

“Hey Talia.” David said winking.

“Hey David.” I said walking off. He grabbed my arm.

“What’s up with you today. You always smile when you say hi to me.”

“Yes but I had a rough night last night.”

“What happened?”

“My…… Boyfriend left to LA last night.”

“Oh… You had a boyfriend?”

“Not had have.”

“You are doing a long distance relationship?”

“Yes I am. It’s not hard. Look I know that you like me but I am in a relationship.”

“Yes she is so back off.” I turned around and saw Ross.

“Oh My God Baby!!” I said and ran into his arms.

I kissed him and David ran away.

“What are you doing here?” I asked

“I got my daad to give me another day with you!”

“I love you!”

“I love you too! Hey meet me at the lake by the venue and we can talk!”

“Got it!” He kissed me and walked out!
