Chapter 16

     After Dino and I finish eating, and joking around he decided it was time to go take Lando his car back. "How the hell did you get his car anyways? I ask him as we exit his house.

"He just told me to come get you and to not walk." He says matter-of-factly.

     "Okay there was no need for the 'tude." I roll my eyes and wait for him to unlock the doors.

"Same old Maeko huh?" He says as he unlocks the doors.

     "Yeah Yeah..." I say as I get inside.

"Hey, do you remember your birthday last year?" He asks cranking the car up.

     I chuckle lowly. "Yeah we went out to eat, We fucked at the hotel, We went laser tagging and I gave you head there..." I say smiling at the end.

"We really was on some freaky shit." He laughs and begins to pull out of the driveway. "With your baby ass." He says as he turns back around to drive forward.

     "That was cute, but try again." I laugh. " Feel older than you. "

"It don't feel like it." He shrugs.

     "I feel bad that we couldn't celebrate for your Birthday."

"We got other chances." He says.

     "We do. Don't we?" I smile and he laughs at me.

"Yeah.." He says as we pull up to my house.

     He shuts the car off, and we get out. I notice Kalij's car was gone so that means they're gone. I walk up the stairs to my house, and unlock the door. I open the door, and it was fairly quiet except the TV being on in the living room. Lando sits up from the sofa and stretches. He looks over at us and sighs.

"I hope y'all made up enough..." He says as Dino throws him his keys and he catches them.

     "We did..." I laugh. "When did you go get your hair cut?" I ask him shocked. I liked his dreads.

"It was time. You don't like it?" He asks.

     "You straight..." I say and walk up the stairs to change my clothes. I change into some Grey joggers and a black wife beater. I come back out my room and Tommy is in the hallway closet.

"I heard my big bro beat something today." He says grabbing a towel from the top rack.

     "I did..." I smile as I flex my muscles.

"Okay... Just don't get to into that fighting junk. It's time for it to end." He says in all seriousness.

     "You right.." I say as I begin to walk back down the stairs. I reach the bottom noticing Dino is gone.

"Where he go?" I ask Lando

"He got a call and left..." He says blankly.

     "What did you say?" I ask.

"Nothing I swear." He says getting up to walk in the kitchen..

     "You lying..." I say following him.

"Take your bean head ass on Maeko." He says laughing.

     "No because you grimey." I say as I try to walk off. He runs up behind me and picks me up, slamming me on the sofa. "What the hell." I yell.

"Say you sorry for blaming me." He demands.

     "No because you always coming for Dino." I say honestly. "I can't stand your ass sometimes." I chuckle as he gets off of me.
