Kaname pulled Yuki out of the car, towards the never ending waves. She tugged off her shoes and felt the warm golden sand between her toes. The sun's bright rays hardly affected her at all.

"here it is Yuki, the beach" he put an arm around her waist. She stared out at the cerulean waters. It seemed like they never stopped, not until they reached the sky's horizon. It was stunning, perfect, peaceful. She tucked her flowing hair behind her ear and turned to look at Kaname. The humans stared slightly, at the inhumanly beautiful couple.

Yuki couldn't tear her eyes away from his. A deep garnet colour, the eyes of the one she loved. His gaze met hers.

"Yuki... I did it wrong last time, locking you up and neglecting you. It was wrong, trying to keep you out of my way. I kept the only thing I truly cared for at a distance and I don't want that anymore, I want to be close again. So that's why I ask, in an unbelievably cheesy way" he knelt down, pulling a small black velvet box from his pocket. "Yuki Kuran, Kurosu, Kiryu... Will you do me the honor of spending eternity with me, as my wife?" he looked down for a second. "If you think it's too early then that's fine, but please. I will wait though, I have forever to wait and I will never stop loving you.

I don't want to suffer the ten, well now fifteen years I spent without you, but I will wait, forever and always"

She looked down at him, moving closer as he stood up.

"Yes" she whispered it. "Of course!"

Kaname pulled her into his arms, and the two shared a passionate kiss. It was a human moment, no blood just love. The sun beating down as they stood barefoot on the sandy beach, all that mattered was them. Who cared about the humans watching with tears in their eyes, as if it was some kind of soap opera? Just the two of them, reunited at last. Even the ring, at that moment lay forgotten.

Kaname stood in the kitchen, cooking breakfast for Yuki. The aroma filled the air as she climbed down the stairs sleepily.

"Kaname?" she blinked as she looked around the room. She walked up beside him, laying her head on his shoulder. Lifting her hand in front of her face she observed her ring. It was silver, a thin band wrapping around her finger with a red stone in the middle.

"Diamond" Kaname said, reading her thoughts.

"It's red?" it was quite unusual.

"It's special, like you" she blushed slightly then punched him in the shoulder.

"You can stop flirting, I already said yes"

"I just need you to know that I love you, everyday, forever"

"Ya ya! I love you too" she placed a kiss on his cheek. He suddenly turned away coldly.

"Yuki. Hide now" his voice was cold and stern.

"W-what?"

"Go!" the floor split a bit.

"No! I'm no leaving you alone. What's wrong?" she moved closer to him.

"Yuki." he quickly grabbed her in his arms as the door burst down along with the wall. The floor split all the way through the house. Soon there was only silence.
