The people at the parade all scrambled away from the bloody scene. They were all screaming and the bodyguards were looking at the location that the bullet had come from but couldn't find it.
The now dead man was a greedy and selfish man who got everything that was coming to him. His killer theenforcer packed up his sniper and exited the tall building passing the scene as he left but the police men were to preoccupied to notice. He used the opportunity to drop a red envelope on the floor and then walked away.
He watched from a visible distance as one of the police man picked up the envelope, opened it, read it and as his face went pale. He watched as the police man ran to show the other officers the note but didn't wait to see their reactions as he flagged down a taxi and went home.
