My name is Abby. My mom owns a bakery and I love working there. We deal with a lot of varieties that you'll want to get every thing before you leave.

I studied the dessert segment of the shop and sighed with contempt. The bell rang at the door signaling a customer and I turned to greet the person. "Hi welcome to house of pastry, feel free to walk around until you know what you'll like to get", I say to the Greek god standing at the door and After a nod, he starts walking around. The man I'm front of me was putting on a white Cotton sweater, grey khakis and flats. He hair was a black as night and had a back view. Finally he stopped at the bread place and I rushed over to help him. "What kind of bread do you want?", I ask him. "What do you have?", he ask me and I just smile.

"Okay we have normal bread , sugar, butter etc.", I say to him and he picked the normal bread.
After he paid, I wrapped his bread and handed it to him. "Come again next time", I say to him and he smiles. "I definitely will" and with that, he exits the door. I couldn't even concentrate on my work be a my mind kept drifting to the stranger from earlier and every time I think of him, a blush always comes to my cheeks. "hello, I'll like to buy a red velvet cake ", a middle aged man that I didn't even know was at the counter signalled to me. "oh I'm sorry, how would you like it, sliced or whole?",I say to the man and he told me whole."its for my anniversary with my wife", he says to me and I just smile, "happy anniversary to you both.", I excused my self and started applying the icing on the cake and piping the design. "here you go sir, do you like it?", I asked him and he nodded, "it's beautiful", he says to me and placed it in a box. "remember to put it in your refrigerator so as to harden the icing before tonight.", I say to him and then handed him the cake and another box.

like on autopilot, immediately the man left, my mind drifted to the stranger again and I just sighed.
