I've been getting negative comments lately about how "this book needs to be paced better"

yes i understand the book is very unorganized but i wrote this book when i was 14 i'm almost 16 in 7 days, i've matured in writing the past year and i don't recommend this book to my friends because honestly it's embarrassing with my terrible writing.
Please be considerate when commenting as the book is finished and i'm not revising it.
