In my past life, I was a stickler for attracting trouble or unwanted attention. It didn't matter if I was the person who caused it or not, I was always somehow involved.

June broke the awkward silence. His trademark smile was already in place, attractive enough to cause a few girls to trip over themselves. Some daring souls even snapped a sly picture, their actions resembling the paparazzi.

"Brother? You do resemble each other a lot." Murmurred June.

His eyes flitted between Ria and I, lingering on my face a second longer.

"Really? I don't see it." Insipidly replied Ria.

June glanced at her with raised brows, and Ria quickly realized her slip in attitude. She backtracked on her words with a forced laugh. I had to hand it to this villian - to be able to handle her two egos so seamlessly had even me in a daze.

"I mean...we do?"

"But, I never knew you had a brother." Said June, a thoughtful look gracing his angelic face.

He glanced me over from head to toe again, as if I were the only one with the answer. Well, that is true for the most part but his probing gaze was only met by a blank expression.

Are you looking for something, kind sir?

The best course of action was to ignore him. I turned my head, only to find the heroine was also staring at me. Despite being seventeen, almost eighteen, she still had a fairly childish face. A beauty who had yet to mature. But, it was the look in her eyes that caught my full attention, and I confirmed my last suspicions. Her eyes looked dead...

Lifeless.

Ria snorted but quickly turned it into a cough.

In a sickly sweet voice, she said, "He never wanted anyone to know."

Junes eyebrows climbed sky-high, seemingly shocked by the confession.

Ria shot me a dark look when I had settled with looking in her direction. The dislike in her eyes was strong and the unspoken words burning a hole through my chest. It was shocking but not strong enough to scare me away.

But that was new to me as well.

Seven never wanted others to know they're related? It seems the fucked up personality ran in the blood - perhaps it was from the fathers side.

June hummed quietly to himself and Ria paid me little attention, her eyes mellowing just by looking at her crush. I wanted to tell them not to talk about me like I wasn't present but what are the chances I'll be stuck here longer? Best to let the conversation die out faster so I can be on my way.

Besides, we were still surrounded by a large crowd of students, who were in their own little groups gossiping away. I hated that I was going to be a part of this gossip and I had a dreadfull feeling that I was definitely going to be distastefully labeled the 'villains younger brother' after this incident and couldn't help but look sourly at the cause of it.

Ria glanced my way, her eyes holding contempt.

"What are you doing here anyway?"

I raised my brows and smiled, "Why else? I have come to learn."

Ria frowned, as if finding something weird about this entire conversation. Howeverm it wasn't her that spoke next but the gentle voice belonging solely to the heroine.

"Have we met before?" asked Lillie.

At first, I peered around to see if she was talking to someone else but found I was the only one standing in her line of sight. Maybe because the commotion had simmered down too, most students had started to disperse and return to their own seats.

I looked at the heroine and I said, "No, this is the first time we've met."

The heroine cocked her head in thought while I silently assessed her, noticing how different she appeared, not to mention less interactive than I had imagined. It made me a bit apprehensive, but I stored away my current findings to ponder on later.

"Such a pretty face would be hard to forget.."

My mouth twitched at her reply. This was more like the heroine I knew. In Stars Too Lovers, Lillie was known for having no filter on her mouth, no matter what pathway you took in the game. It was her pure honesty that was used to rope in the capture targets, and cause countless misunderstandings with the rivals. Her ability to muddy the waters was mostly due to her manner of speech.

"Y-you...wretch!"

Of course, the most suspectable person to getting offended was Seven's dear sister, Ria. Right now, it wasn't wrong to say she looked positively furious. Her face had turned ugly with emotion.

As long as you stepped on her god's face, you would incur her follower's wrath.

"How can you say that in front of June?!"

Rias menacing face inched closer towards Lillies, her posse bravely stepping up and seperating themselves from the spectators.

"You unfaithful b-"

"I don't know what you are talking about," Lillie calmly interupted, "Wasn't it you who said I should stay away from him earlier, now you are offended because I don't compliment him?"

Ah, but her reasonable words may as well have fallen on deaf ears.

Frankly, Ria wasn't a person to listen to reason, it was written in her character description. Don't think first could be her lifetime motto.

I never thought I'd witness the beginning of a villain's path to destruction as she swung her fist towards the heroine. I wanted to close my eyes to avoid feeling guilty later on but for some reason, I didn't want to miss such an exciting scene.

And I wasn't the only one.

A glance to my left confirmed my earlier suspicions. While his face was in passive mode, resembling a man who was about to break up a fight, it was hard to miss his true thoughts reflected in his eyes.

He met my gaze, and sudden understanding further lit up his eyes.

In the game, Stars Too Lovers, there was one character who I always felt was a reflection of myself. Every thought and action was easily seen through by me, and this helped me to easily guide the herione away from his pathway.

This character was June.

Because he was so much like me, I wanted nothing more to do with him in this life. They say those alike should never mix together. I don't know why that is the case but I thought it was reasonable enough. Would you lock two tigers in one cage together?

"STOP!"

My eyes narrowed on the young man who had abruptly appeared and captured Ria's fist, stopping it inches from impacting the heroines face. He had a sharp look in his eye as he stared Ria down.

Student Council President, Pierce.

I was already numb to the fact that I have met yet another Capture target.
