Story eighteen: Clould's Crazy Birthday Party

A/N: So today is Cloud Strife's birthday! August 11th! :D I decided to write a short story all about his birthday for the occasion :3 ♥

Lightning: "Hey Cloud. Guess what day it is." ;)

Cloud: "Um... Thursday?" :/

Lightning: "No!" >:( "Well, okay, that's right. But today is also..." >.>

Cloud: "...Well? Don't leave me in suspense." o_o

Lightning: *face palm* -_- "Are you seriously serious? All right, come with me." :| *leads Cloud to the party room*

Everyone in the entire university: "HAPPY BIRTHDAY CLOUD! WHOO HOO!" :D

Cloud: *flabbergasted* "....." O_o "Ooooh... I remember now. Thanks so much, everyone. I just almost thought my birthday was on the nineteenth of August, and not the eleventh. " *sweat drop* ^_^;

Genesis: *staring at tablet* "Well, according to your wiki, it says that your birthday is either the eleventh of August OR the nineteenth." ._.

Terra: "Sooo, we just decided to go with the earlier date! Since we just couldn't wait to celebrate!" \(^3^)/ *kisses Clould's cheek*

Cloud: "You guys are too much. You planned this party just for me?" .^_^.

Serah: "But of course! Now, before we go dancing or anything, it's birthday present time!" ^.^

*everyone hands Cloud lots of gifts* :D

Cloud: o.o -!  "Um, wow... Okay, let's see here..." :3

Kadaj: "Move out of the WAY! Ugh! You people are so rowdy!" >:o *pushes everyone out of his way* "Here, Cloud! Open my present first." >:)

Cloud: *notices the evil smile* "N-no thank you..." o_o'

Sephiroth: "Come on, Cloud. Be nice and accept his gift." u_u

Cloud: *pouts and takes present from Kadaj* "Okay... Here I go... I'm gonna open it..." ._.

Kadaj: "Are you kidding me? Just open it already!" >:(

Cloud: *peeks inside present* "I see... big eyes. Wait a minute... It couldn't be..." O_O

Kadaj: *laughs* "You guessed it! Come on out, boys!" :D

*squirrels jump out of present and instantly start dancing* ~~(^.^)~~

Cloud: "KADAJ! Not THIS again!!" >:O

Kadaj: "HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!" *falls on the floor from laughing so hard* :'D

Vaan: "That's wild!" :D

Sephiroth: "All right, enough of this. I want birthday cake." -_- *slices birthday in half cake with katana sword, along with the table being cut, too*

Vaan: "You're not supposed to cut a cake...with a seven foot long sword!!"

Lightning: "What do you think you're DOING? Cloud was supposed to make a wish and blow out his candles first, you idiot!" >o< 

Serah: "Lightning! The squirrels are going... nuts." *rim shot* "They're starting to dance on top of things... Including Genesis's head." >_<

Genesis: "GET IT OFF ME! I'M GONNA GET THE SQUIRREL DISEASE!! *screams* :O

Yazoo: "Chill out, Genesis. There's no such thing." -_-

Loz: "Squirrel disease? Everyone run for your lives!!" \(>O<)/

*everyone runs out of party room, screaming* (expect for Cloud, Yazoo, and Lightning of course)

Lightning: "Wait! Don't go! What about Clould's party?" :(

Yazoo: "People in general are just plain insane." -_-

Cloud: *blinks* "What the heck just happened to my party?" o_o

Lightning: "Cloud, I'm so sorry... Your birthday party turned into a disaster." :(

Yazoo: "Don't despair. He hasn't opened my gift yet." :) *hands gift to Cloud*

Cloud: O_O *hesitantly takes present and slowly opens it* "......" -_-

Lightning: "What's inside?" :|

Cloud: "Nothing. There's NOTHING inside, Lightning." -_-

Yazoo: "Gotcha!" :D *laughs like crazy*

Lightning: "You dirty little..." >:( "Ugh! Come on, Cloud. Let's go to the arcade or something." -_-

Cloud: "This is the craziest birthday I ever had..." :/

Lightning: "I'm really really really sorry..." >_<

Cloud: "...And I absolutely loved it." ;)

Lightning: "Eh?" O_o
