Final Fantasy Short Stories | (2016-2017)

Story twenty one: Valentines Day, gone wrong >_<

A/N: Ah, YES! I've been kinda saving this story for a while XD Of course, I never would've gotten this far in this work without my wonderful readers, so thank you very, very much ♥♥♥
This story is based on an actual DREAM I had on 3/30/2016 ^.^ (yup, I wrote the date down and everything xD) At first, I drew a comic about it, and now I'm gonna write a story about it! It'll be probably a little long, eheh.

Also, I feel like I should add a bit more Noctis Lucis Caelum in this work-- what do you guys think? I know there are lots of Noctis fans out there and I feel bad about not having much stories about him for you guys :(
So! We'll have Noctis read the story with us! How about that for now? XD

Noctis: *sitting in a chair, eating popcorn* "Can we get to the story already?" -_-

One Valentine's day, Kadaj and Hope Esthiem were on their way to a house that belonged to two lovely ladies; Sasha and Christy. (Yup, those names were in my dream. I have no idea who they are, seriously ;-;) It appeared they were picking them up for a date. But for some reason Kadaj was dressed up like a girl... Hmm.

Kadaj: "Why do I have to be a girl? I mean-- Sasha isn't dressing as a boy, so what gives?!" >:0

Hope: "It was a dare, remember? It's only for fun. Oh! There's their house!" *o*

Kadaj: "Holy cow. It's a two story." O_o

Hope: "Yup! This is the right place!" :D *notices note on the door* "Eh? What's this? A note for me?" (o.o)/ *reads note* "Blah blah blah kiss... Blah blah blah embrace... Blah bleh blah bleh..." ._.

Kadaj: "...?" ;-;

Hope: "It's a love letter! It must be from Christy~! She's so into me." ;3

Kadaj: "Whatever. Just knock on the door already, ladies man." -_-

Meanwhile, Lightning and Serah Farron were already inside Sasha and Christy's house, waiting for them to get ready for their dates and help out with any final touches...

Lightning: "Serah, you know that note on the door addressed to Hope?  It's actually from me. But Hope probably won't notice..." :(

Serah: "Oh, sis... I didn't think you still had feelings for Hope." 0.0

Lightning: "Oh! Um...! No, no! It's not like that! I just..." XO

*knock knock knock!*

Serah: "Whoop. The boys are here." o_o

Lightning: "Thank God. A distraction." (0///0)

Serah: *opens door* ._.

Hope: "I'M GONNA GO SEE CHIRSTY!" :D *speeds inside*

Serah: "Um... okay. But she might still be changing." :/

Lightning: "He didn't notice the note was from me after all..." :(

Kadaj: "Well, I'm gonna freshen up for Sasha. I still think it's unfair for me to dress as a girl though." -.-

Lightning: "Heh heh... Yeah. You kinda look like you're going to a..." *cracks up* "Tea party!!" :D

Kadaj: *sigh...* -_-

Serah: "Lightning, stop. Kadaj simply looks like he's going on a date. Which he is." u_u

Lightning: "Hey, why are you being so nice to Kadaj? I thought you didn't like him." ._.

Serah: "Well, I guess I feel more comfortable around him when he's dressed as a girl." O_o

Kadaj: "Oh, REALLY? Like I'd put on a dress everyday just so you can feel comfortable around me..." >:(

Serah: "Oop. Here comes Sasha, ladies and gentlemen." o_o

Sasha: "Hey Sugar. Ready for our date?" ;3 ~♡ *approaches Kadaj*

Kadaj: "Oh yeah! Of course..." :3 *whispers;* "Doesn't she notice my dress and everything?" O.o *leaves with Sasha*

Serah: "Light, maybe we should keep an eye on them to ensure they'll be all right." >.>

Lightning: "That's probably smart. Besides, I'm sure Hope and Christy will be just peachy." -.-

Later, Serah and Lightning follow Kadaj and Sasha around the city, and decide to watch over them on top of a hotel building...

Serah: "What a great view! We should totally be able to watch them from up here!" :D *sits down* "You know, I wonder what Hope and Christy are up to..." :)

Lightning: "No, don't talk about them..." :(

Serah: "Lightning, why are you so upset about them? Can't you do something with Kain for Valentines Day?" :|

Lightning: "Kain's too busy doing other things." :\

Meanwhile with Kain...

Kain: "Oop! My boyfriend senses are tingling..." 0.0 *trembles* "I HAVE TO GO, EVERYONE! Waaaah!" >o<

Friends: "Uh, okay..." 😓

Back with the girls...

Serah and Lightning: "..." ._. *awkward silence*

Kain:  *from a distance;* "Odin, let me through! I am Lightning's boyfriend and I NEED to talk to her about this!"  >:O

Odin: "FINE!" >:0 (For the non-final fantasy fans, let's just say that Odin is Lightning's pet horse ^_^;)

Serah: "Odin? Where did he come from?" <.<

Lightning: "K-Kain?"  (0///0)

Kain: "LIGHTNING!!" :O

Lightning: "Ah! Oh no, he's coming this way! Quick-- hand me that bubble soap over there!" (°○°)/''

Serah: "What? This?" :/ *hands it to Lightning*

Lightning: *blows a  giant bubble and traps herself in it* O_O

Kain: "Ah-ha! Found ya!" >:o *climbs onto the building and starts ripping Lightning's bubble*

Lightning: "HEY! How are you ripping my bubble?!" >:O
