Chapter 13

Time skip! The day zane comes back! I was planning on doing like the time in between zane being gone but I really wanted him to hurry up and get back!

This morning I was woken by my phone buzzing I picked it up to see my alarm it said "ZANE COMES BACK TODAY" my eyes grew and I got up I started searching through my drawers for the perfect thing to wear I mean I'm seeing my boyfriend in person for the first time in 2 years I have to look good!  Even though I'm 20 now when it comes to zane I still act like I did when I was 18....crazy,happy,and exited! I put on a black crop top and some white shorts I brushed my hair and ran downstairs to see zianna was the only one awake she said "you set your alarm to?" I nodded and she said "apparently were the only ones! Wanna go wake everyone up? You wake the boys up I'll wake savannah up" I nodded and ran upstairs I ran to garroths room and jumped on his bed I said "WAKE UP! ZANES COMING TODAY!" He woke up and said "ok I'm up!" I ran to vylads room and did the same thing we all went downstairs and I literally dragged everyone out to the car zianna was in driver seat,my mom in passenger and me and the boys in the back I was junping in my seat! Garroth said "calm down Aph!" I said "Don't tell me to calm down today I can't calm down today!" He scooted closer to vylad and said "I now see why you and zane ended up dating! You're both scary as heck when you want to be!" I smiled and we got to the airport we went inside and sat down waiting for his plane to come I got on my phone and I heard my mom and zianna laughing I said "what are you laughing at" two cold pale hands went over my eyes and someone said "guess who" I jumped out of my seat and hugged him I wrapped my legs around him and my arms around his neck he laughed and said "you must've missed me a lot" I said "you have no idea!" Once again I was crying but tears of joy! Zane tried to hide it but I seen a few tears roll down his face to! He said "well I doubt you missed me as much as I missed you!" I said "let's agree we missed each other an equal amount!" We laughed and nodded we went home and zane said "you're still Living here" I nodded and he said "I thought you would've moved into your own place" I said "the first house I get is gonna be home to me and you!" He smiled and we kissed and oh my mother of irene I missed kissing him! Zianna said "Aph you should sing that song you wrote and learned on the guitar" I said "w-what?!" She said "you wrote that song for a reason Aph" I sighed and I said "ok..." We went inside and everyone sat on the couch I went upstairs and got my guitar I smiled and said "I wrote this song to sing to you when you got back and you're back now so here we go..."

I quit playing and looked up at everyone they were all smiling at me zane said "I like that one lyric what was it....you're the one I wanna marry" I blushed and said "it's the truth" he smiled and vylad said "you can sing really good" I said "thanks!" Zane said "I know she's perfect isn't she" he pulled me over to him and hugged me I smiled and hugged him back he said "hey I gotta go real quick don't worry you'll see me I. Just a minute just listen to my mom and your mom ok" I was confused so I said "o-ok?" He walked out of the house and my mom said "he planned a scavenger hunt for you! Here your first clue" she handed me a note that said "roses are red violets are blue go to the place I first met you" I smiled and got up everyone followed me and my mom and zianna started videoing Garroth said "why are you guys videoing" Vylad nodded and zianna said "you'll see" I said "is it talking about when we very first met cause if so we gotta go to the elementary school" we went to my old elementary outside on the playground and there was a note with a balloon I took the balloon and the note it said "good job you found it! The next clue is where I said I love you" I smiled and said "the very first spot he said he loved me as outside our old highschool" we went to the highschool and there was a note it said "this is the final clue while I was gone I really missed you now go to the place where I first kissed you" we went to the little forested part of the park and there were fairy lights hung up everywhere there were rose petals on the ground so I followed them to be met with zane on one knee my eyes widened and he said "hope i surprised you" I nodded and said "you did!" He said "it's been 3 years since we started dating I wasn't here for 2 of those years and I wish I was but now I'm here with you and that's all that matters! I met you in elementary school and who would've thought that nerdy little girl I was always so mean to would end up meaning the world to me? Aph I love you so much and I want to spend the rest of my life with you so Aphmau phoenix...will you marry me" man how much was I gonna cry in one day! I wiped the tears away and said "oh my irene YES!" He put the ring on my finger and stood up I hugged him and he picked me up I smiled and we kissed my mom was crying,zianna was crying,garroth was crying,I was crying everyone was crying! Zianna said "welcome to the family aph" she hugged me and I looked at zane I said "how long have you been planning this" he said "a year ago" I laughed and hugged him again he put his head on mine I always did hate how he was so much taller than me! I have to stand on my tippy toes to kiss him! Anyway he kissed my head and we all went home me and zane hand in hand....
